Yuuri Katsuki once had a lovely life. He had his father who took care of him all he could. He was truly happy and wanted things to stay this way, a life full of light.
But when there's light, there's dark.
One drunken night, his father comes home with a woman he claims he's married. Yuuri was happy for his father, slightly anxious to see the result of this, but willing to stay positive about the situation.
Months later, Yuuri's father has passed away due to an unknown cause. With his father gone, Yuuri is forced to do whatever his step-mother and step-siblings please. He's tried his best to look on the bright side and has found a joy in being alone. He used to mind having to work all day and sometimes all night, but now the time is as meaningless as his own needs.
Now this story takes place in two entirely different worlds, but both protagonist share a troubled story...
