Chapter 5 : Plans

Shrimp's POV

I was standing on the sidewalk still shaking , waiting for my bestfriend to come through . It was so cold, i was so cold. My stomach hurted terribly and i was in so much pain . As tears drop from my eyes i tried to get everything out my head . I kept asking myself why . The more i replayed it in my head the more tears begin to run down my eyes. I cant live like this ,im going to leave and never come back and thats on my dead momma .  (Silver mercedes pulls up....) . I saw Taniyah's car and i ranned to her . she quickly got out the car. I cried and Hugged her like never before .
Taniyah:What happen? why are u crying? why u bleeding down there? Are you ok ?                  
Shrimp: Ill put u up later can we just leave like now !
Taniyah: Alright we gotta stop to the hospital its a serious emergency something happen to my boyfriend.
Shrimp: (Sniffs).. Alright.

This was the most silent drive i ever had with Taniyah.
As we pulled up to jackson hospital Taniyah quickly jogged to the emergency room and i was right behind her . who could be there ? we went into the room and it was eric . what was wrong with him ? i could tell my bestfriend was very worried sick . i knew this must have been a lot for her and i didn't want to put my problems on top of hers . I'll tell her later . The doctor came in and gave news . He said eric would be moved to ICU and have surgery . She looked so hurt . She talked to eric for a bit even though he couldn't respond and kissed him goodbye . we had to go back to her house because she had left the doors open . When we got to her crib and i explained every detail of what happend . I just couldn't hold it in . we were both crying together . Taniyah was so mad about the news i gave her i saw it in her. We both were going through something we couldnt bare not to think about. It's so stressful . Taniyah told me i could stay with her for as long as i want. we fell asleep laying with eachother . The night went by so slow . I don't deserve none of this . neither of us do . we woke up hungry so we went to grab something to eat . Taniyah pulled out her purse and it was stuffed with money. Where in the hell she got all this money from ? I didn't know burger king
pays that much .
Shrimp: Hoe where u got all this from
Taniyah: poppin pussy thats what im known for.
Shrimp: (laughing but still crying a little ) well then the fuck it i want to make that money to bestfriend
Taniyah: Sayless , tonight ill put you on with your first costumer.
Shrimp: How come you never told me ..? i thought i was your bestfriend .
Taniyah: I thought u was going to judge me like everybody else
Shrimp : Never that how much u be making ?
Taniyah: Enough
I was scared but i didn't care. I needed the money now that i didn't have any family. I didn't have money for food or cloths or to help Taniyah
out . If i'd went to my grandma she would put me in a foster home.we went to grab something and headed to the hospital.
Shrimp: u notice that white mercedes that been behind us since we left the house ?....
