Do you even Care? (Fang and Kaizo)

Fang's POV

"SURPRISE!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY FANG!!!!" Everyone cheer at me. The lawn was decorated with balloons and streamers, decorated tables, and other party stuff. "W-what?" This, is unexpected. Cyclone step forward from the crowd, eyes filled with excitement and true happiness.

"What do you think!?" I pause, he planned this!? "Wow... you did this?.... It's just... Wow.." I'm amazed, and this is when. I noticed the house I was staying in just now was the haunted house I've been living in!

"Not just me, everyone helped" he said, "Is it anything like you ever dreamed of?" Another voice said from behind me. I turn around to see my one and only brother, I didn't waste anyone time and ran and tackle hug him pushing both of us onto the ground. "It's....... more than anything I could've dreamed of.."

The girls 'awwed' at the sibling moment I'm having with him. We got up and I turn to face Cyclone. Blushing slightly at what I'm going to do next, I lean and cup his face putting his soft lips onto mine. In the corner of me eye, I could see Yaya and Ying jaw dropped while Gopal... he looked traumatized and Tok Aba was about to faint.

I pull away seeing Kaizo with a not-too-happy face, "Someone's jealous~" I tease him. He turn away with a tints of pink on his cheeks, Earthquake giggled and walk to Kaizo pulling him by the collar before closing the gap between them.

Literally everyone who didn't know fainted, Cyclone held one of my hand while Kaizo hold the other, escorting me to the cake. Suddenly a gust of wind blows away Cyclone's cap revealing his dark raven hair with a streak of white. "I'll get it!" He said before turning around to chase his hat.

I froze, this......I know this scene....... no way....I immediately turn around pulling my hand away from Kaizo and ran after Cyclone. 'No no no no no!! I won't let that happened to you!!'

-Flashback days ago-

Everything was pitch black darkness, "Where am I?" looking around the darkness that suddenly fades into a bright lawn, everything was so bright I couldn't see anything but the few things near me.

A figure formed in front of me and holds my hand, I look to see Cyclone smiling at me guiding me to somewhere. Before I could ask, his cap was blown away. He let's go of my hand and ran after his cap.

I looked at where he picked up his cap, and widen my eyes in horror. Just as I turn around to see him, a huge truck struck him while he bends down to pink up his cap, sending him flying like a Ragdoll and smashed down onto the road in a splat of blood, there's even some of his blood on myself.

A voice from an unknown direction said to me "What you see is exactly what you're gonna get" before everything fades to white. I jolted up awake with Cyclone sleeping next to me. I sigh in relived "It was just a dream....." but then I remembered, there are rumours on my planet that sometimes before a huge disaster in someone's life happens, they would get a vision of it first. That's definitely a disaster, but it is really a vision or a dream?

-Flashback ends-

He was on the road now bending down to pick up his cap, "Pang!!" Kaizo call out to me but I ignored him. I am now behind Cyclone, already seeing the truck coming in fast, I grab his arm pulling him in but pushing myself onto the road in the process because there is no other way to get him to safety before the truck hits.

The horror looks of my friends and family were the last thing I see, smiling with satisfaction of saving my lover who looked surprise at what I did. I felt like time has slowed down when the truck ran into me and plunge me into death, how cliché it is to leave the world on the same day I was birth in.
