Sister Gertrude asked for everyones attention at breakfast that morning.
"We have visitors today, gang!" She said.
"Visitors? Adopters?" Donna said to Kelly and Ava.
"Hopefully." Said Ava.
A small person walked into the room.
"Hi, I'm Gibby."
"Gibby? Like iCarly?" Said Kelly.
"Probably." Said Donna.
Gibby began to speak. Ava didn't understand what the person was talking about, so she didn't listen.
"Thank you." Gibby said, and left.
Kelly had a light in her eye.
"What?" Said Ava.
"Gi--" Kelly began.
"GIBBY IS GONNA GIVE AWAY THREE HAMILTON TICKETS!" Donna said.
"REALLY?!?!" Ava screamed.
"YES!!!" Donna said.
Kelly frowned. "I was going to say that."
"Too bad." Donna said. "Snooze, ya lose."
Ava was jumping. "Us three! Has to be! No one else knows what Hamilton is!"
Donnas smile faded. What was wrong? "Yeah!.."
Ava noticed the sadness in her voice. "You okay?"
Donna shook her head. "I just... I think I know why I'm an orphan..."
"Why?" Said Ava. Kelly rolled her eyes.
"Because my father was John Adams."
"Here we go again." Kelly said.
"I'm serious!!!" Said Donna.
"He's dead!"
"Dads can be dead!"
"He's older than my grandpa! And he's 98!"
"John Adams died 20 years ago!"
Kelly stood up. "200." She said and stomped away.
"What was that about?!" Ava said.
"Ugh! I hate her sometimes!..."
Donna walked off too.
Ava was alone. She got up and went back to her room to listen to The Adams Administration.
"Wow. He sure seems like her dad."
Ava bobbed to the beat.
