Tears form in my eyes. Moma died and daddy didn't tell me. I clutched onto the paper as tears roll down my cheeks. "Abby..." I turn around and I see daddy. I turned my back on him and held onto the paper. Daddy placed a hand on my shoulder. "Daddy...what's cancer...?" I asked. Daddy hugged me. "It's a disease that kills people. People survived but...your mom wasn't very lucky." Replied daddy. More tears fall. I hugged daddy tight and buried my face to his shoulder. I sobbed. I won't have a Moma. "I...I won't have a Moma..." I sobbed. "That's why I was with Kaita...I was thinking that she was going to be your mommy." Said daddy. I held onto him for dear life. "Please don't go..." I hugged his neck tight hoping he won't go. Daddy chuckled and patted my back. "I'll skip the day, ok?" Said daddy. I nodded my head. "Daddy, what was Moma like?" I asked. Daddy set his jaw and smiled. "She was a beautiful. Her brown hair and her brown eyes. Very very beautiful. We fell in love when she got lost in the wood. Then, when I found out that she had a child...I ran away...then five years later." Daddy smiled at me. "I found you." Said daddy as he tickled me. We both laughed. "Daddy..." I said. Daddy looked down at me. "Yes?" "I love you daddy." I said. Daddy smiled down at me. "Love you too."

It's been 20 years ever since I found out that Mom died. Me and dad stood at her grave. I grew my hair to reveal my blond hair. "Dad, what was Mom like?" I asked. Dad is over 40 years. "My memory is foggy." Said Dad as he pretends to fall asleep. I chuckle at dads silliness. "Dad, stop fooling around." I said. Dad laughed. "Alright, this is the millionth time!" Said Dad. "She was a lovely woman. She was in the woods and I found her nearly starving. We started falling in love. And my dumbass thought that it was smart of me to leave her. Then, five years later, you came to my life." Said Dad. I smiled. "Hey dad..." I said. "Yes Abby?" Said Dad. "When I was five...how come you didn't tell me." I said. "Aboot what?" Said Dad. His Canadian accent never fail to make me laugh. "About Mom." I said. Dad looked down. "I thought that....you wouldn't take it and it might ruin your life." Said Dad. I nodded. "Now look at you, a independent, beautiful young lady." Smiled Dad. I smiled and turned to Moms grave. "Hi mom...how are you? I wish that I could see you or hear your voice again. Love you mom." I said. I got up and I turned to Dad. "Come on Abs, let's head home." Said Dad. "Dad." I said. Dad stoped and turned around. "Yes?" "I love you." Dad smiled. "Love you too."
