Chapter 23

Anna's POV

"Pwease! Pretty pwease!" Hazel pleaded while I sat in the counter next to Rodger. She has been trying to get Rodger and I to kiss for the pass ten minutes and I swear to Goddess of Rodger try anything he will die!

"Honey, for the millionth time no." Rodger retorted while grabbing the ice cream from the freezer. I saw Hazel's happy expression turn in a really sad one and it broke my heart. I held back from giving in to Hazel's pouty face, she puffed her bottom lipped out and gave me the cutest puppy face ever.

"Anna! Pwease!" She yelled while climbing onto the counter, I just looked surprised when she was in the middle of the counter and stood up with her hands on her hips. "Kiss or I will never give daddy a kiss ever again!" She demanded while crossing her hands across her chest. I just sighed since I saw the pain in Rodgers eyes since I'm guessing this isn't the fist time she made this threat.

'I'm going to regret this so much!' I thought while I jumped off the area where I sat and walked over towards Rodger. I looked up towards him, fuck he's gotten taller. I pretty much grabbed him by his cheeks and pulled him down so his eyes were at my level, and I just said mouthed 'fuck it' and not smashed but pressed our lips together. It didn't last long when I pulled away and looked towards the surprised Hazel, she just had the most surprised and happiest face on right now. Suddenly she jumped up and down befofe launching herself off the counter and into my arms, I stumbled backwards since she does have alot of weight on her.

"Oh my Goddess! Oh my Goddess! You kissed my daddy! It was so sweet!" She squealed while hugging me tightly around my neck, I just hugged her back with a faint smile lingering on my face. Than there was a tap on my shoulder, I turned and faced a shocked Rodger. It took so much power not to die laughing since his face was so priceless, what it was just a fucking pop kiss.

"What?" I questioned while placing Hazel back onto the counter, I yelped a bit when I felt hands grab my hips. I turned around and saw Rodger with so must lust in his eyes,"Don't get to excited mister. It was just a pop kiss." I said while trying to take his hands off my hips but it was no use he had a nice grip on them and wasn't letting go anytime soon.

He slowly bent down so now he was level with my ear,"I've missed your kisses by the way." He said in a low tone probably low enough so Hazel wouldn't hear what he said. I frozen in place when I felt the blood rush to my cheeks since he is so fucking close to me and what he just said. I quickly remembered what Rodger did to me, than I just put on a emotionless facial expression. I than notice the glimpse of lust disappear from his eyes which pleased me since I still fucking hate every cell in his body, but whatever I'll plan a escape sometime soon.

"Can we make the ice cream now! Pwease!" Hazel begged with a puppy dog face, I just gave her a glance before turning on my heels.

"Im going to go back to sleep, you two have a fun sugar rush." Hazel gasped before I heard a thud on the ground which has to mean she jumped off the counter. And I was correct since she has now wrapped her whole body around my legs, I let out a loud sigh since I'm not in the fucking mood to deal with a kid. I literally just kissed my ex and now I have to deal with a child on my legs. God! Please kill me.

"You can't go back to sleep! You have to eat the sweets with dad and I!" Hazel pleaded while he tightened her grip on my legs.

"Hazel, no." I said in a strong and emotionless tone since I want her to know I'm serious. I don't want to deal with this shit! I just want to go back to sleep! That's when my eyes shot open, oh my fucking god! Cat, I totally forgot about her. Even if she isn't real, I feel as if she is! I need to go see her, she probably is waiting for me to wake up. "Sorry Hazel, I need to go." I said while bending down and prying her legs and arms of my legs, she fought me but lost when I got her off I just walked away. I know I seem mean but right now I can't deal with a child.

I followed the hallways Rodger took Hazel and I to reach the kitchen, once I made it into a area I knew I looked to my left and noticed the hallway that led me to my bedroom, I took the Kong hallway and didn't take that long before I came upon the doorway of my bedroom. The image of Rodger sleeping in the bed with me popped in my head as I walked into the room, I just held back my vomit while I grabbed a blanket and pillow and walked toward the couch in the corner. I will sleep on a uncomfortable couch before I dare sleep in that bed, I slowly drifted to sleep but it didn't take me long since I was extremely tired.

"Anna! Wo your such a heavy sleeper." A familiar voice filled my ears, I slowly opened my eyes to face the one and only. Cat. She had a huge smile on her face which confused me, why is she so chirpy? Do I even want to know actually why? Than a question popped in my head.

"How long have I been asleep?" I said in a confused rone while pushing the blankets off my legs, Cat's eyebrows came together in a confused expression.

"Only maybe a hour, but I remembered something! Why is it that hen you fall asleep I remember something, strange." She aid in a confused tone but changed in a happy tone.

"Well what did you remember?"

"I'm a werewolf!" She said in a excited tone but all I could do is let the color in my body run like the wind. Right out the damn windows.

MERRY CHRISTMAS! HAOPY HOLIDAYS! Just so excited i got a chapter out today. I know it's late but hey a chapter is a chapter😃 nothing much to say since my phone is acting up really badly right now and there are so many autocorrect errors that are annoying me but I'll fix them!
