Chapter 24

No goal since I'm sorry

Anna's POV

"Your a what!?" I asked in a surprised tone, well more shocked since how the fuck is she a wolf?

"Well once I was in the living room I got a massive headache and I sorta blackout and just the memories of running in my form. The memory of tackling a other wolf. OH! I remembered how I met you." She let her words flow out of her mouth like a waterfall. I let out a sigh since I finally can find out how this chick knows me even if she is just a image of my mind. "Come let's have something to eat, you must be hungry from your slumber."

I nodded and slowly got off the bed, coming down the ladder I heard movement behind me causing me to jump off the ladder a bit to soon. Lucky enough I didn't hurt myself badly, I brushed it off while I walked over to the kitchen. I saw Cat was preparing some sandwiches so I just headed over to the little table we sat at when we drank our tea earlier. "Hope you like ham sandwiches since that all I really have!" Cat spoke out in a loud tone.

"That's fine with me. And you don't have to yell since I'm right here." I said which caused her to jump in fright.

"Oh! I thought you were still in the bed," Cat said while placing her hand over her heart, I just chuckled while she came over to the table with the sandwiches. She placed the sandwich in front of me and we just ate in silence. After we ate the last bits of our sandwiches, I sat back and got comfortable since I know she has so much to explain. "Well, were do you want me to start?"

"How are you a werewolf?" I questioned.

"I was born this way, all that I could remember was I didn't have a mother or father. I was made by the moon Goddess, she's like our lord in a way I believe. I lived in the palace looking building and it was HUGE!" I nodded in shock than I let my eyes wonder the house that we were in right now, trying to imagine how she down graded to a nice cozy cottage. That's when my eyes ran across a photo of Cat and JENNY!

I felt my head start to hurt and black spots started showing up in my vision, I opened my mouth to question how Cat knew Jenny but my vision went completely black and that's all I could remember. Silence filled my ears and I just stood there in a completely black room, I did a quick 360 trying to see if there was any glimpse of light anywhere. For how my luck has been lately, nope.

As if this could get any worse I felt the darkness around me start to choke me, I was having a panic attack. I have no one here, I started to breath heavily while placing my hand over my chest where my heart was racing a mile per minute. I started to back away from where I stood hoping that maybe my back will hit a wall that could hold me up straight, than as if someone could hear me gasping for air someone grabbed my shoulders and started to shake me. The person had no face but slowly a light shinned above me illuminated me and the stranger, that stranger was alone the man I despise more than anything in this world. Rodger.

Slowly the light that only showed him and myself started to show what room we were in and it was the bedroom I had fallen sleep in, and as if something snapped I opened my eyes. I was asleep? That's when I saw Rodger saying something but I still hadn't gained my hearing yet. Lowly what he was saying started to make sense,"Anna! Anna wake up!" He yelled towards me. Doesn't he see that my eyes are open? Are they even open? I swear their open, I'm pretty sure they are I'm looking straight at him.

That's when I noticed something that made my heart raise, I tried lifting my arms and all that came up was a paw!? What the fuck is going on! I closed my eye and reopened them hoping the paw that replaced my hand would disappear, but there it hung in the air. I opened my mouth to scream out but all that came out was a howl, what the fuck!

Rodger's POV

I was heading back up to the room where I'm guessing Anna was at when I heard a loud thud come from down the hall, I slowly slid my hand down to my ankle where I had my dagger waiting at. While it rest in my hand comfortably I turned the corner scanning the hall for any type of enemy who wished the challenge me, than another thud came from down another hall which made my heart race just a little since it was the hall that led to Anna's room.

I quickened my pace while scanning all rooms along the way, than I reached where Anna must be sleeping or rather really pissed off towards me. Before I could grab the handle another thud rang in my ears and it came from Anna's room, it didn't startled me but rather made me worried and as quick as I could the door that separated Anna and that thud from me was launched open. Scanning the room briefly I notice the thud was Anna, and she was asleep but her body was jerking.

All of my strength left my body when I saw how something was wrong and I dropped my dagger running over to her side, I grabbed her shoulders holding her in place so she didn't hurt herself and all I could think of to do was yell for her to wake up and that's what I did. She didn't respond and that made me worry more.

"Daddy? What are you doing to Anna?" Hazel said in a confused but a worried tone, I turned towards her and saw how she had a worried facial expression resting upon her tiny face.

"Hazel, sweety go get daddy the phone right now. And run." I said and she nodded before turning on her heels before running out the room and I turned back to Anna and continued trying my hardest to wake her.

"Daddy! Here the telyphone!", Hazel yelled from behind me, I turned and grabbed before dialing the numbers of someone who I knew would help me.

"Come on pick up! Pick up!...Ferret, I need you. Something is wrong with Anna."

Hey guys, so I hate to admit it that the reason for the very long hold was I had writer's block and I had way to much stuff going on with my life. But after a amazing event that happened on the 25th of this month I had a glimpse of hope. That small little event was my nephew being born there will be a photo of me holding him at the end. But for those who've waiting I'm so sorry!
