Jevie one shots

Baby part 1

This is a three part story. I will try updating daily.

"It's beautiful, Jay!" Evie exclaimed as her eyes began to tear up think of how thoughtful Jay was to get her that, as her loving husband put the blue shimmering jewels around her neck.

It was Christmas Day in Auradon and it was Jay and Evie's first together as a married couple; they had just finished opening their gifts to each other, and Jay said "I love you, Princess." Not noticing her tears slowly streaming down her cheeks.

"I love you too, my thief," Evie said and pecked a kiss on Jay's lips, "and I just happen to have one more surprise for you."

"Evie I thought we said we would spend the same amount on each other," Jay said feeling bad he'd didn't give anything extra.

"Don't worry, baby, it barely cost anything, and besides you helped." Evie said and got up "just wait a minute." She ran to the bedroom and came back with a box neatly wrapped. Evie handed Jay the box as she was smiling ear to ear.

Jay smiled at seeing his princess so happy as he took the lid off of the box it had a little note shaped in a perfect heart that said "the only thing better than having you as my husband." He then took some tissue paper off an there was another note that said "will be our child having you as their dad, I love you" and in the corner there was a positive pregnancy test in corner.

Jay looked up at Evie and said, "are you serious."

Evie nodded smiling bigger and said "I'm serious, Jay. I'm pregnant."

Jay hugged her tightly and said, "I can't wait to be a dad you're going to be the best mommy ever."

Evie said "you're going to be the best daddy ever" and she kissed Jay.

Jay kissed her back and whispered, "this is the best Christmas ever, how far are you?"

"Seven weeks" Evie said "do you want me to tell you the story"

Jay nodded and put Evie in his lap and was ready to listen intently.

It was six o'clock in the morning and Evie woke up feeling nauseous. She ran to the bathroom and threw up. Once she was finished, she wiped her mouth and flushed the toilet. Evie slowly made her back to her empty bed, Jay was away on a tourney game, (he was a coach now) and Evie really missed him. He's been gone all week. And Evie's been waking up nauseous all week.

Today, however, she was going out today so she and Mal could have girls day out.

So, later that day Evie and Mal were in a coffee shop talking and Evie said " I've been feeling nauseous a lot this past week, and I've been tired and emotional I'm not sure what's wrong. I scheduled an appointment tomorrow with the doctor"

"Evie" Mal said "I think I know what's wrong"

"What, is it bad. I don't want to tell Jay bad news as soon as he gets home" Evie said tearing up.

"No, Evie, it's not bad news it's good" Mal said reassuring her friend.

"What is it" Evie said excitedly.

"I think you're pregnant" Mal said.

"Pregnant!" Evie said loudly only to get weird glances at her.

Mal nodded and said "let's go and get you a pregnancy test and find out"

Evie said "ok."

A little later Evie came out of the bathroom with tears in her eyes and said "I'm pregnant"

Mal hugged her and her blue haired friend hugged her back.

The next day, Evie went to the doctor and found out how far she was, and came home to find out an idea to tell Jay.

"That's a great story, but why didn't you tell me you were feeling nauseous over the week, we talked everyday" Jay said.

"I'm sorry I didn't want you to worry" Evie said and tears began to roll down her cheeks.

"Oh Evie, it's ok this is the best surprise ever" Jay said and held her.

"I should of told I wasn't feeling well" Evie cried.

"No, no it's fine besides if you would of told me it wouldn't be a surprise right" Jay said.

Evie stopped crying and said "right"

Jay smiled and said "I love you"

"I love you too" Evie said.

And they shared a kiss under the mistletoe.
