Chapter 2: He's Home

I dropped to the ground, staring at my moms grave. My dad left thirty minutes ago so I got ready and ran here. This was the only place I got peace.

"Mom, oh my god I can't describe how much I miss you. You were my everything. I miss you so much, that I have thought about killing myself so many times but never had the courage to actually do it. Why is dad like this? Why did dad change into this monster? I don't know what to do anymore...." I cried. I brought my knees up to my chest and wrapped my arms around them. I sat there for a while, thinking about everything.

**Flashback**

"Selena, get back inside," Mom yelled from inside the house.

"Ok mommy," I said and went to the front yard to recieve my volleyball.

I looked around and saw my ball rolling down the road. I ran to go get it and heard screaming coming from my mom. I turned around and saw a car coming towards me. I stood frozen but someone pushed me before the car hit me. Screaming was heard around the whole neighborhood. The car stopped but it already hit the person. I stood in front of the body and saw who the person was.

Mommy.

I screamed, cried, yelled but knew nothing was gonna get my mom back.

**End of Flashback**

I didn't even realize tears were streaming down my face. I got up and started to walk to the gate that was the exit. I stopped and turned around.

"I miss you mom," I said.

I walked around everywhere, trying to get my mind off of everything but I couldn't. My life was a nightmare, a nightmare nobody wants to be in nor see.

I stopped walking and realized I was right in front of Nandos. I grabbed my stupid old cell and texted Emma.

Me: Hey r u busy?

She replied instantly.

Emma: No why?

Me: Wanna have Nandos?

Emma: Sure, be there in five :)

I smiled and waited for Emma. Not even two minutes she's standing in front of me panting for air. I watched her, amused at her lack of breath. She looked at me and frowned.

"You're crying," she stated.

"I was," I muttered and saw five old dudes in the back laughing.

"Why?" she asked and looked at me.

"I went to go see my mother," I said and looked down. Just saying that hurts. I want to see her, in person. I want her to hold me. Then I noticed the tears streaming down my face.

"Please don't cry, Selena it was her time," she said."Come on, let's go get a table," she said. We got a table and talked like normal best friends.

"Selena?" Emma asked but she wasn't staring at me she was staring at something behind me.

"Hmm," I said.

"Why are those five guys staring at us?" I looked at her, confused before turning around and looking at the five dudes who were staring at us.

"Oh my god, hey Selena and Emma," the guy with a weird moustache said. I looked at Emma who was staring at me with a weird look. She got up and walked towards their table. I got up after her.

"Umm how do you know our names?" Emma asked sweetly but I knew she was creeped out by these five guys.

"You don't remember us? I'm hurt," a guy with a baseball hat said. He took of his hat and I realized who he was. Well realized who all of them were. Emma was about to scream but I slapped my hand over her mouth. Liam who took of his disguse smiled at me.
