Please welcome tippytoegirl to our cinematic universe as Yulia Maximoff, aka Blue Shadow, the lost younger sister of the Maximoff twins Wanda and Pietro. Blue Shadow was experimented on at the same place as her siblings but she was separated early on from the twins, who thought her to be dead. Blue Shadow can become completely invisible as long as she is out of sunlight, a side effect of her powers that she gained from von Strucker's experiments with Loki's Scepter. Blue Shadow's main power is her ability to control the energy around her and concentrate it into blue bolts of lightning, which she wields in battle. Blue Shadow will be a part of Captain America Civil War...whose side will she be on? #TeamCap or #TeamIronMan?
