Claustrophobic

I don't know what morphed my sister's fear. She would never tell me. She wouldn't tell anyone.

Lola always woke up early, yet she would stay up late a lot. She's always studying or just doing things around the house. Honestly, she seems like the older one out of the both of us. She's very responsible and mature, and I always thought she wasn't afraid of anything.

Until...that one day of course.

Lola, Miriam, and I were at Zero-G's office, or "lab" as he liked to call it to run some "tests". He was a good and quite young man who always liked to joke around with us.

Lola went first. She backed up into something that looked like a capsule or tube. The door was shut tightly.

At that moment, my sister started to panic. She was pounding on the glass cover, screaming and practically crying. Her face was pale (don't know how that works because she's not really white but eh) and her eyes were wide with fright.

Zero looked at me and I looked at Miriam. I could barely think over the sound of my twin's shouting and begging. We were all confused and wanted to help her, but no one moved. I had no idea why, but we should have.

My sister was hyperventilating.

Lola was now thrashing and desperately trying to smash the glass. I'm surprised she didn't get that case to shatter. She uses both of her fists in desperation, screaming like she was being raped.

Finally, Zero snapped out of his trance and hit a button on a panel, opening the door to the capsule.

My sister staggered and fell forward, completely out of it. Being her elder brother, I lunged forward and caught her limp body before she could smash into the ground. She was trembling like a leaf in the wind, her amethyst eyes squeezed shut.

I took a deep breath and hoped she wouldn't kill me for asking...

"Lola...you're claustrophobic?"

((it's short cause I'm lazy))
