Ch: 18 Risk

"I'm back" I said as I entered the castle.
"Welcome back your highness " the maids said
"Your highness" a maid said as she walked to me" you doctor has come to do a check up on you" she said
"Please lead the way" I said

We reached the room and the doctor did his job.
"Doctor, why is it that my stomach is bigger than my sister's?" I asked
"Let me check again" he said and a while later he exclaimed "Your majesty!"
"Yes?" I asked looking up at him and back at my stomach.
"There's two heart beats" he said
"Well of course mine, and the child" I said
"No, counting yours is 3" he said
"What?" I said shocked
"You are having twins" he said
"I see thank you very much" I said as my eyes weld up in tears. The doctor left and soon after Kenta came in.
"Yuka and Akira had to go back so they left already" he said as he walked over to me.
"Kenta, we're having twins" I said barely speaking
"That's great!" He said as he hugged me
"......."
"Wait why arent you happy?" He asked turning my face to him. I didn't know how to react, I was happy it was twins, but I didn't want my children to die. I cried on Kenta's shoulder for a while and I told him everything after that.
"Her child could've just been weak and couldn't live on" he said holding me in his arms
"How do you know that for sure?" I said as I hugged him
"Because our kids will fight " he said then kissed my head. " and we will be there to help them"
"Yes we will"

6 Months Later.......
"Push your majesty!"
"Arghhhhhh!!!"
"Wahhhhh!" The baby cried
"It's a girl! Next one your majesty!" The doctor said as he passed the baby onto the nurse.
"Arghhhh! Gah I'm gonna die!" I yelled
"Gahh!!"
"The baby's out!" The doctor yelled
"The breather! She's not breathing!" Things went into chaos
"What?"
"Yuki calm down!" Kenta hugged me as the doctors did their job.
After a while
"Wahh!" The baby was finally able to breathe and cry, we were relived and glad.

15 years later
"Kisa! Rika! Hurry on down!" I said as I waited for them to come down the stairs so we could walk into the ball as a family.
"Can't believe their turning 15 today" Kenta said as he wrapped his arm around my waist from behind.
"Me too" I said as I placed my hands over his.
"...."
"Kenta?" I asked as he went silent" what's wrong?"
"Eh? Oh I was just thinking of the time they were born" he said
"Hmm" the memories of them as babies came rushing through my head.
"Maybe they didn't inherit any magic from me" I said looking at me hand
"Mother! Father!"
We look up the stairs to find our daughters in beautiful gowns walking down to us.
" my babies are so big now!" I exclaimed and the others laughed
"Ok calm down" Kenta said patting me on the back.
"Let's go mom! Dad!" They both said as the door opened for us to enter the ball room.
"Coming" I said and Kenta followed beside me as me linked arms.
After that the ball went great....although there was something bothering me
"We shall be back in 17 years, huh?" I sighed looking at the moon from below.
