Ch 2: mother's secret

" What is this?!" I said looking the necklace in my hand.

I was wondering what this glowing was and this feeling, like something is strong is flowing through my body.

I decided to hold some water in my hands and I was looking at it when it formed into a ball. I dropped the water out of my hands, and I decided to touch it and see what happens, this time it formed into a bunny, and I ran, I was so scared, worried and confused.

" Yuki! There you are, we-.... are you okay??" Kenta asked as he caught my arm from running away.

" hey let go " I said trying to run again

" why?" He asked still holding my arm.

" cuz it's important. " I said

" ok I'll go with you " he said

"NO!.. Um I mean.. you can't you have to stay with Yuka! Haha" I said and ran. My stupid fake laugh hahahaha.

I ran and knocked on my dad's door and a guard opened it.

"can I talk to my father?" I asked

" of course milady " he said leading me into the room.

" can everyone get out?" I said

" yes milady " they said and left. I waited till they we're all gone.

" father is something wrong with me?" I asked

"why do you say that?" He asked

I told him what happened. And he said

"oh ok then it was the right choice I picked you as the protector"

"huh?! What do you mean? " I said confused

" well we kept a secret from you and your younger sister, the truth is that your mother has magical powers. And and when she gives birth to children only one will have all her powers, and that child is you, that's why you have magic, and you can control more things when you grow up. but I don't know what you will be able to control. That is why you can see and understand the fairies. not even Yuka have this power she doesn't have a little bit of it at all. " he said

"why does the necklace glow?" I asked

" the necklace has strong magic that can only be unleashed by its real owner. it makes the power that you have stronger, but if you use your power too much you can die from it or you can lose all your energy and faint for a long time, the max will be a month. But we don't know who the real owner is, well your mother did she just never told me" He said

" ok I get it but how does mom have magical powers?" I asked

" I don't know " he said

" ok! thank you very much father, and I will come back when I have more questions and more weird things happen hahahaha " I laughed.

me and my father laughed together for a while then I left and went to my room.

I don't really feel like going back to the garden, I don't know why but I have this feeling, this feeling what can it be? As I was in thought I herd someone knock on the door.

"yes?" I answered

" it's Kenta....... are you alright?" He asked as he came in

" of course, where is Yuka? " I asked

" she's in the garden waiting for you and me, you wanna go hang out in the garden with us?" He asked

" um I'm a little busy sorry " I said

" okay then" he said as he left.

I waited for awhile for him to leave, then I got up and ran to the waterfall, my secret hideout.

when I got to the waterfall I saw Yuka and Kenta standing on the bridge, I was thinking of turning around but I stayed to see what they were talking about.

" so Yuki didn't want to come play with us?" Asked Yuka

" she did want to play with us, but she said that she's busy with stuff " he said smiling kindly at her.

I want to go to my hiding spot but they are blocking my way and I can't let them know where my hiding spot is, Oh maybe I can use wind power.

I put my hands to my side and pushed straight at Kenta and Yuka, a strong wind blew. This is my chance, I ran through that wind and headed for the waterfall. Phew I made it. I looked at Kenta and Yuka to see if they noticed anything. Nope they didn't and that wind was so strong you won't be able to open your eyes.

I started practicing my magic starting with water and wind.
