The people panic more but doesn't fight back. A man in his mid forties stands in the ruble and speaks into the microphone.
"People ov America,I do not vwish to alarm you vat,vwe Germans that you vought zo vwell vwill be taking over vrom now on."
The man smiles the most wicked smile anyone has ever seen and speaks again.
"My name is Vincent your new ruler."
