Jason's POV
Piper and I were just in the middle of a basketball game when the conch for dinner rang. I was almost relieved because Piper was beating me.
I kissed Piper and then went to sit at the Zeus table. All the campers had to sit at their godly parent's table. So I sat with Jessica, the other child of Zeus. Although I was a son of Jupiter, Zeus's Roman form it was still considered Zeus.
Leo and Jessica walked into together, the hugged and Jessica smiled and laughed at something Leo said and then Leo went to go sit with the Hephaestus table and Jessica joined me.
Seeing Leo and Jessica together made me really happy. They would be really cute together.
"Hey. Why are you smiling? Did Leo put something on my face?" Jess asked.
"No, uh it's nothing." I blushed.
"Yeah I believe that." She rolled her eyes.
"Uh anyway what happened earlier?"
Jess blushed and looked down.
"Ah it was nothing." Her eyes darkened.
Sometimes I swore her brown eyes resembled dirt being swirled around on a windy day when she got upset.
"I heard Piper beat you at basketball!" She teased.
"She did not! It's called boyfriend manners. I let her win." I protested.
"Yeah... Sure." She rolled her eyes.
"What are the Stolls doing?" I asked. The Stolls were two mischievous sons of Hermes who were always causing trouble.
It might've been my imagination but I saw Leo give I thumbs up before they started throwing their pizzas at other campers.
Leo snuck over and sat next to Jess.
"Long time no see!" He said.
"I know! It was a peaceful 10 minutes without you constantly talking in my ear!" Jessica joked.
"Ha ha ha. You're just hilarious!" He grinned. "Listen at 11:30 tonight meet me behind your cabin. I need to show you something."
"Uh what if they harpies way us for being after curfew?" Jessica asked.
"I'd taste terrible don't worry." Leo said. " just meet me there!"
"You guys that's like a date!" I said.
"Shut up!" Jess and Leo both yelled at me.
"I gotta go back to my table. Don't you tattle on us Jason!" Leo said. Then he scurried back to his table.
"You're going on a date with Leo!" I teased.
"I am not! It's just a casual meeting with a friend." Jess argued.
"In the middle of the night?" I protested.
"Sure." She said. "Now I'm gonna wake you up when I get back."
"Fine but Leo made the Stolls do that so he could talk to you at dinner. That's so adorable." I teased. Jessica blushed and then flicked at pepperoni at me.
