Chapter 9

 Your Pov:

These past few days have been nice hanging out and checking up with Kise. Even school, sure Tsukishima kept teasing me, but we've made progress like me teasing him back after all two can play at that game. Speak of the devil, I look to left and see Tsukishima walking over right now his lunch in tow.

"Oya oya? You just can't seem to take your eye off me shrimp. Don't tell me you've fallen for me already?"

He teased me looming down with his tall self while placing his lunch on my desk. I mentally scoff at the blonde before smirking at him, he was slightly taken aback. I was leaning in close to his face by now, and then...took his glasses.

I sprinted out of the classroom, and down the hall I'm guessing it didn't take him long to notice what I did, before he started sprinting after me. I made lots of twists and turns making sure I don't get caught too early, that until I heard a crashing sound.

I walked around the corner to see Tsukishima clutching his face on the ground. "Did you bump into something?" I asked almost letting a giggle slip through when I saw how red his face was, I don't know whether it's from the crash or his embarrassment, maybe both.

Rolling my eyes when he just continued to sit there, I extended my hand towards him. "Come on let's go to the nurse's office." Reluctantly he took my hand, and I pulled him up he's surprisingly light for being such a tall person.

"So, nothing's broken?" I asked the nurse once more for confirmation, she nodded and then said she had some other business to attend to, and left me to look after the grouchy giant. By now I've already given him back his glasses, an apologized so why am I still here? As I was fixing to attempt a normal conversation my phone rang.

Well I was teasing this guy, and made him run into a wall like a cartoon character.

I looked to my side to see Tsukishima looming over my shoulder, what is with this guy and looming over people?? After a while he decided to speak.

"So, whose Ryouta?" He asks trying sound all nonchalant, but I see past it. I smiled at him and explained that Kise was someone important to me.

"He's your boyfriend?" When he asks this time, his face looked a little more ticked off, I could possibly even say troubled. Once I replied no, he kept asking me about it.

'Why is he so hung up on Ryouta?' I wondered to myself.

"Why do you care so much about Ryouta, and I's relationship?" I asked.

Tsukishima was fixing to answer Haruna came in. What impeccable timing these people have. "(L/n)-chan, the office said your father's here to pick you up something about your mom it's an emergency. "She says then leaves. When she said, those words left her mouth my blood ran cold, because I knew that mom wasn't in trouble.

'What do I do I've been gone for almost a week!? He's going to kill me literally!!' As I mentally was having a break down I came off as cool on the outside, when I stepped out the infirmary with Tsukishima I walked the opposite direction of the front.

Tsukishima's Pov: (Bcoz why not?)

"The front office is this way shrimp." I teased the (ravenette, blonde, brunette, etc...) I wonder why she was walking over there, seeing as she's been around long enough to know where the front office was.

'Didn't she her Haruna? Her mom is in trouble wouldn't normal kids zoom to the front if they heard stuff like that?' My mind was buzzing with questions that needed answers, but would she give them to me, and why do I care.

She kept walking, and I looked around to see we were outside, I didn't even notice. She looked panicked but she was trying to hide that, too bad I can read her like a book. "You do know your dad's waiting for you, right?" I asked stating the obvious.

She finally stopped walking, and whispered something I barely caught before running to who knows where, all I know is that I didn't go after her, but what she said intrigued me.
