Max POV

After yesterday's kiss, I was nervous that it would be awkward between us, but it wasn't... Shelby had her beautiful smile and cute giggle like always. I wanted to do something special for her. I was going to ask her out on a DATE! Just like yesterday, I was a nervous reck. I wanted to ask her, but how? I'm not a romantic. Some people are, but I don't fall under that cadogory. I planed the date out, first we'd go to Olive Garden, because it's one of her favourite's, then we can go to the ice skating rink, and Finnish the night at a hot spring I found a while back. Now I have to ask her. That's the hard part... "SHELBY, CAN YOU COME HERE PLEASE!?" I yelled at Shelby from my room. She came into my room, "Shelby", I asked, "will you go on a date with me?" I could tell she was shocked when I asked that, "s-sure max! I'd love to come! Where are we going exactly?" "For food, then skating, and ending it with swimming in a hot spring I found, if that's okay with you?" "That sounds good! What time will it be at?" She asked "about 3ish I guess" "perfect!"

Shelby POV

It was about one right now, so I had some time. It was time to decide what to wear. I choose black leggings, a purple off the shoulder shirt, and for shoes, I wore black converse. It was good enough. I put my hair into curlers, and waited. Once it was cooled, I took out the curlers and my hair was curly. It looked pretty nice. Once I was done, it was about 2:56 so it was almost time, then again, Max didn't tell me the exact time we were going. As I waited, I watched some anime. As I was watching attack on Tacos, I heard a knock on my door. I opened it and max was there! He was wearing black pants, and a black undertale shirt. His hair was slicked back as well. "Hey max, is it time?!?!" I asked dramatically "yes shelbs, yes it is." In his hand was a box of gummy burgers. "Are those for me?" "Sure! If you want them, it not chocolate but, I know you like burgers!" I took the gummy's and ate one before we left to Olive Garden. When we got there, I ordered breadsticks, and a burger. (Idk what they serve there? I've never been!) max ordered some salad with bacon on it, (because that's what they sell there!) and more breadsticks. For drinks, I ordered some water with a bit of lemon, and max ordered a Pepsi. Our food came and we ate. We stop occasionally to talk to each other. Some times when I looked up I got lost in his trance! Not I'm not poetic at all. Once we were done eating, I payed for half and so did max. We left and we headed to the ice rink. I got into some rental skates and max did as well. We all ready had some helmets on Max's car, so we used those. Once I got out on the ice, I was skating around gracefully while max on the other hand was flipping around. I laughed at him, "HEY! It's not that easy!" I winked at him, then took his hand, he blushed, and tried gliding him through the people. We were there for about an hour, but I got a little cold, max gave me his jacket and we left. I returned the skates though. Max took me to a forest and led me through some trees. We finally made it to the hot spring. I rememberd I was wearing a bathing suite under my clothes so I went behind a tree and took off my clothes leaving me in my bathing suite. It was a dark red bikini. I got out from behind the tree and saw max in the water. I went up to him and hoped in the water. It felt nice against the cool air of January. I was sitting on this weird stone chair that was formed naturally. It was big enough for two people. Max sat next to me. I leaned my head on his shoulder, so max put his arm around my neck and on my shoulder. I blushed a little because I'm not that used to him doing that. I looked up and he was blushing as well. I kissed his cheek, and he blushed more, I laughed at it. "Ha! Haha, you should see your face right now." "Hey! Your not looking any different Shelby!" I relised I was blushing a bright red as well. It was pretty late out, like 11 pm, man time fly's when you're having fun! I wanted to stay longer. Max said we should go. I went on and on about how I wanted to stay, but Max cut me off with a kiss. I never thought he would do something like that.

Shelby and I were in a hot spring I found a while back. It was close to midnight but Shelby wanted to stay longer. She just kept rambling on about why we should stay, I didn't want her to be sad when we left so I shut her up with a kiss. At first she was tense but she kissed back. It was a little to quick but it was there. I was happy about it. Shelby stopped whining and went out of the hot spring. We got our clothes on and we headed home. Shelby blushed the whole way home. We got to the house at like 2 am. I took Shelby to her room and I kissed her goodnight.
That was amazing. Aw ya! max your not that much of a whimp! I went to my room and thought of how perfect my day was. Now all I need is to ask her to be my
