When Josh got back to his condo across the street he went to his window that faced Tylers building. Josh started at the lobby and counted up fifteen floors, then he counted the windows and tried to find Tylers, he realised he had no idea how many windows were in each condo on that side.
Josh went and got his binoculars and looked into every window on that floor, most of which were blocked by curtains, but Josh remembered there being no curtains on Tylers window because he specifically remembered thinking how adorable it is that he wakes up to look through his window at the sky every morning.
With the binoculars it didn't take long for Josh to find Tylers condo, mostly because he saw Tyler pass by the window of his bedroom to put on pajamas- how fucking cute Josh thought, unfortunately Josh didn't get to see him change, but he caught a glimpse of the adorable Christmas pajamas before he saw Tyler climb into bed and under the covers then turned the last source of light- a bed side lamp- off and Josh got sad that he couldn't watch Tyler sleep.
Tyler is his new toy and he wants to see him.
