Ch17- old habits return

Beginning Christmas break

Two weeks for Christmas break , better make the most of it before I go back to that shit hole of a school .

I'm currently watching YouTube Videos on the new 3D smart Tv dad brought home .
He's in the kitchen doing work on his computer , always work.
Either he's away doing work away with mum or they are at home doing work , never stopping .
But they "Enjoy " it , yeh load of bullshit , just gets them away from having to raise another child like me .

funny thing is ,it's as if they planned it that's way so that James would always be older and raise me so they wouldn't have to , yet James is barely even older than me .
Even though James is my brother , he's more like a Guardain now more than ever .
Sometimes I wonder if I was a mistake , like God was creating me for someone else but it went wrong so he sent a mess like me to my -fucked-mother .

" Holly come in here" my dad calls .
I roll my eyes at Nicole and slowly walk to the kitchen preparing for whatever the hell my dad wants me for .
" yea?" I groan.
" non of that now , how would you feel if we brought you with us to LA while working so you're not always stuck with your brother .?"

"What's wrong with my brother ?" I growl at him .

"Nothing , nothing . I was just suggesting ."

" several years too late might I mention...." I waddle over to the fridge and take out the milk carton .

" excuse me for having a lot of work to do " my dad defences himself .

" well EXCUSE ME FOR BEING THE UNWANTED SECOND CHILD " I feel like shedding a tear but I told on tight .
" don't dare say that about yourself" dad groans .
" don't dare lie to me " I growl at him , I throw the milk onto the counter ,and go to storm out of the kitchen when I hit off of something .
It was Kian .

" oh hi" I mumble .
"You ok?" Kian asks confused .
" Hol, I gotta go , u ok ?"Nicole quickly says .
" fine yea see ya" I say as Nicole runs out the door .
I look at Kian pathetically. " doesn't matter , I'll be fine "
Before he can say anything else I run off to my room .
I close my door and lay down flat on my bed with my head in my pillow .

I'm just sick of being the youngest , I still need my family , but that offer , that's way too late by now , I don't want to leave my brother , he means a lot to me , even though he can be an asshole he means a lot to me , he basically raised me .

I hear a knock on my door .
I swear if that's Kian I'll flip , what the fuck does he want ? What? Does he think he's mr-fixer-upper with problems?

"Holly?"Kian calls.

Well fuck
"Wtf do u want and where's my brother ?" I groan .

" I was just gonna ask if you were ok ... And I was actually going to ask the same question I was wondering where your brother was he said to come over but I can't find him......."

I gather myself up , flick my messed up hair out of my face , and sit up with one leg across the other .

"Come in..." I growl in frustration .
" oh ehm nice room .." Kian awkwardly enters and stands beside the door .

" please save the small talk ..." I roll my eyes ,annoyed at Kian.

Suddenly he invites himself to walk around my room and examine it anddddd he finds my wall of photos well fuck ...
