even if you've told me a million times
after all,

i'm always paranoid that you don't like me
i'll believe that if you don't respond within a few hours then it means that you've found someone else to talk to that's funnier
i'll think that i'm not important to you and that you don't give a shit about me
i'd shut you out of my life for days,
even though secretly inside,
i'm hoping that i see your name light up on my phone screen
