Kenma POV:

Hello, I'm Kenma Kozume I'm 20 years old, well I would be. If I didn't get murdered at 19..

Sure, being a ghost trapped in a mediocre apartment seems extremely lonely (and believe me it is), but it also has some perks.
You don't have to worry about paying the rent, you don't have to worry about socializing with people, the list goes on.
It would be nice to have at least some company. Kuroo definitely succeeds at   keeping me from being bored. But, it would still be nice to have some company that would acknowledge my existence yknow? It would also be nice to have at least one video game.
The worst part about being a ghost trapped in a lonely apartment is that I haven't played a single video game in over a year.. Some people may think that its ridiculous that not playing video games is the worst thing about being dead but if you love video games as much as me you would be devastated..
Plus, loneliness isn't much of an issue anymore now that Kuroo is here. He may not see me but I find it amusing seeing his life play out. Everyday he leaves for college at around 9, he comes back at 7 and usually makes some quick dinner. If he's completely exhausted he would order pizza and end up passing out on the couch which I would then drag him back to bed (literally) and tuck him in.
Another benefit of having Kuroo around is that ever since he moved in, my nightmares of what happened on the night I was murdered have stopped.
For the first time since that awful night, I started feeling happy again.
Because of Kuroo.

Third person POV:

Kuroo woke up to the sun casting upon his face. He was tucked in yet, he doesn't remember tucking himself in so nicely.

He got up and yawned, stretching his arms and legs out as far as possible.
Kenma also woke up, getting out of kuroo's bed quietly, rubbing his tired eyes in the process whilst yawning.
The sudden yawn made kuroo's eyes shoot open as he cautiously looked around the room, sighing in relief when he saw no one but himself.
"Geez, I need something to eat I'm hearing things.." The tall boy thought, standing up. He suddenly remembered that he didn't finish cleaning the house as he face palmed himself, groaning in the process.

But, when he stepped out of his room. To his surprise he saw that the house was absolutely spotless.
"OH SHIT!" Kuroo screamed in disbelief.
"I DID THIS?! WOW!!" The boy said in pure astonishment.
Kenma could hear the tall crazy bed head dork scream all the way from the room causing Kenma to lightly giggle.
"What an idiot.." Kenma whispered to himself.

Kenma smelt Kuroo cooking something in the kitchen so he got up and decided to see how he was doing.
Kuroo was cooking eggs and toast. It was simple but probably tasted delicious.
Kenma wished that he could have eggs and toast. Can ghosts even eat??
Probably not.

After Kuroo ate breakfast he remembered that he heard crying the other night.
Being the gentle giant Kuroo was, he took some leftover eggs and toast and decided to give some to his neighbours.

He knocked on the door and before he knew it, a cheerful guy that looked about the same age as Kuroo opened the door. He had short and bleached hair and was wearing an array of colourful clothing.
"Hello! I'm Hideyoshi but you can call me hide" he said cheerfully.
"Hidee you can't just open the door it would be some scary man for all you know" a shorter, white haired male came into view. He had an eyepatch and was holding a coffee cup in one hand and a large novel  in the other.
"Oh! You're the new neighbour. Kuroo was it? I'm Ken kaneki, I'd prefer if you would just call me kaneki" The smaller boy said smiling.

Kuroo nodded and handed the two breakfast leftovers.
"It isn't much but.. I heard crying the other night so I wanted to see if you guys were okay" Kuroo said smiling softly.
"Crying..? That wasn't us, we were out for the night" kaneki replied. Kuroo looked at Hide. He looked ecstatic.
"I knew it!!! I knew that place was haunted!" He boy said with glee.

Kuroo looked at them confused.
"Haunted??? No way!" He yelled.
"How could it be haunted??? It's not like anyone died!"

The two neighbours looked absolutely shocked.
"You really don't know a thing about that apartment don't you?" Kaneki said with sympathy in his eyes.

Kuroo shook his head, confused and nervous.

-
"I apologize if the place looks trashed, it's difficult to keep this place tidy when you live with your boyfriend who is practically a 5 year old trapped inside the body of a 20 year old" kaneki replied as Kuroo sat down in their living room.
"Don't worry, my best friend is the exact same.. So what's wrong with my apartment?" Kuroo asks.
After the couple invited Kuroo into their apartment to talk about the past owners of kuroo's apartment, he gladly accepted the offer. He was still so confused about his apartment.

"Well, the previous owner was a boy that moved in after he ran away from home. He was quiet but he was nice." Kaneki started.

"Then one night, someone broke into the apartment. We aren't sure what exactly happened but whatever happened, caused the murderer to lash out, shooting the poor boy in the head..."

"So that means... I'm living in a murder house?!" Kuroo nervously yelled.

"The suspect was Arrested and is now spending time in prison, you don't have to  worry about it happening again" Hide said reassuringly.

At that moment, Kuroo realized something disturbing. Could all those events like the crying, the house being clean, etc. be caused by this "ghost"??

Later on that day, Kuroo came back to his apartment and without even stopping to take off his shoes. He grabbed his laptop and searched.

'What to do if your apartment is haunted?'
Along with
'How to communicate with ghosts'.

While Kuroo was searching all of these things. Kenma was watching over his shoulder, Smiling.

"Maybe I get to finally talk to someone" Kenma thought as he continued to watch the other ridiculous things Kuroo searched. All on ghosts.

Kuroo spent all night long researching ghosts and spirits.
