Kuroo Tetsurou just turned 21 and he finally managed enough money to buy himself an apartment for himself. Of course he couldn't take all the credit, he had to thank his college volleyball team for pitching in a ton of the money doing fundraisers.

Currently he was driving to his new apartment with his 'best bro' who insisted that he would help him bring in the boxes.
Bokuto was always there for him. Ever since highschool they've been inseparable.

"You finally got your own apartment I'm proud!" Bokuto said, hitting Kuroo on the back.
"Bro! I'm driving you're gonna make us crash!" Kuroo replied rubbing his back in pain.
"Sorry bro! I'm gonna miss you and seeing your crazy bed head every day, even Akaashi said that he's gonna miss you constantly running into the door frame!" Bokuto laughed which made Kuroo roll his eyes.
"I'm not that tall!" Kuroo protested.

When they got to the apartment Bokuto jumped out of his seat, opening the car door before Kuroo could even stop.
"Woah! Bro calm down let me park!"

After Kuroo pulled into the drive way, he grabbed his keys and entered the building.
Given that the team saved an incredible amount of money along with Kuroo saving up ever since he was kicked out at 17, he was able to afford a very nice apartment. It's not a multi million dollar penthouse but it's not a crappy tiny run down apartment either. It was perfectly in the middle, it had two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. The apartment itself was pretty big. Kuroo knew that he would be living here for a very long time and he was perfectly fine with it.

Bokuto looked around in amazement. "This apartment looks better than me and Akaashi's!!" He shrieked.
Kuroo was so lucky to find such a great quality apartment for such a cheap price. It was too good to be true.

"Alright, we should probably start bringing in the boxes." Kuroo said heading back to the car.

Kenma watched as the two boys entered the apartment.
"Please have a cat, please have a cat, please have a cat" Kenma said to himself crossing his fingers.

Kenma loved cats and being in an apartment by himself for nearly a year was very lonely. Nobody moved in here after the murder of Kenma Kozume.
Nobody wanted to move into a house that a murder took place in. But finally, someone shows up with moving boxes. Of course, Kenma isn't too pleased. He doesn't really like people and plus, he can't even talk to them or be seen by them. He was a ghost and that means that nobody can see or hear him. But, if they had a cat it would mean that he would have some company given that animals had the ability to see ghosts. Besides, Kenma absolutely loved cats.
They were more pleasant than dogs, Kenma didn't really like the over excitement that dogs had, it scared him. He liked how cats were caring but not overly excited about everything,
He loved it when he could play on his PSP while his pet cat would curl up on his lap or chest and sleep. Plus, cats don't drool and you don't have to constantly take them out for walks. Kenma had a cat named paisley, she was a very fluffy black kitty. Kenma found her when he was on his way to the video game store. She was alone and cold so he took her in and adopted her. He acted like her mother but unfortunately when he died, paisley disappeared and he just hopes that she isn't dead or in an abusive family.

It was hard to see what the boy looked like but when he boy got closer he saw that he had strange black and grey hair. He looked kinda scary and looked like a  possible dog person. Then kenma noticed another boy walk in, he had messy black hair and had a taunting smirk, not to mention he was very tall.
For some reason Kenma couldn't stop staring at him.
Kenma really hoped that the tall guy with bed head would be the one to move in.

After a couple hours of bringing in boxes and unpacking them, Kuroo and Bokuto decided to take a break.

"I'm gonna order pizza, I'm guessing you want pepperoni?" Kuroo asked, pulling out his phone, calling the local pizza place as Bokuto nodded with his thumbs up.
"Can I have one pepperoni pizza and one bag of breadsticks?" Kuroo asked.
Once Kuroo ordered there was a knock on the door.
In came Akaashi holding an extra box. "You guys forgot a box back at home.." He said walking in.
There the three boys sat, eating pizza and watching 'mean girls' on kuroo's laptop. Mean girls was kuroo's favourite movie. Who doesn't love mean girls?

After the movie, Akaashi and Bokuto went back home and Kuroo went back to unpacking boxes.
This continued on until the boy passed out on his last box. Kenma was watching Kuroo unbox until he passed out. It was then Kenma noticed that Kuroo was on his last box. He decided to help the poor boy and so with all his effort, he managed to push Kuroo off the box and after making sure that he didn't wake up. He begun unpacking.
