Bonus Chapter: David Comes Home

Jenna was so excited. Today she was going to pick up David from the airport. She was officially a college student at Duke and ESD coming home for the summer. She saw the broad frame of David and walked faster.

"Dave? Is that you?" he had gotten tanner and his face looked more mature.

"Jen! You are here!" he picked her up and swung her around.

"It's been so long," she gushed.

"Yeah, three years," he rubbed the back is his neck.

"More homecomings," she smiled.

"Did you go with Sean all three years?" David asked.

"No, last year I went with Lucas Winterfield. He's was the captain of the soccer team. But they never forgot you. Every game they would hold up a picture of you so everyone remembers," she recalled.

"Wow, where are they now?" he sounded wistful.

"College, but wait and see," she pulled him to the parking lot and they drove to Maywood High.

"Why are we going here?" David was blindfolded.

"Wait," she giggled. They walked into the gym and she unfolded his blindfold.

" Surprise!!!!" Everyone yelled. It was their old high school class.

"Hey!" David hugged all his soccer buddies. Everyone had greeted each other.

"Come to my house, we got a party set up!" Jenna shouted. Everyone cheered and got into their cars.

The party was hectic. Everyone was having such a good time and Jenna and David were on the balcony of her house.

"I really missed you," she whispered.

"Same here," David replied. She looked into his brown eyes and kissed him.

"Never leave ever again," she demanded. He nodded and they stood their for a long time. This was their love, and it was dynamic.
