Shock Confession

"Yes" I said quietly. James and Sam had these two annoyingly large smiles that didn't fit there faces.

Everything that happend after that was kind of a blur. I went upstairs to get the small amount of clothes I had. My wardrobe most consisted of band tees, ripped and tattered jeans and an old pair of sneakers I got a few years ago. When I was done I took in one last look at the room I'd been calling home for the past 7 years. I saw the messy and unmade beds that belonged to Juan and Tara. I saw the broken bed frames with all the people who had lived in this room written on it. I smelled Tara's cheap perfume and realized that no matter how much hell this place put me through with all the bullying and the constant remarks the others said under there breaths when they walked by me and the black eyes and broken noses. This place would always be in the back of my memory. I almost burst into laughter after I realized what I had just thought. Like I would actually give a shit about this place. I was just about to leave when I realized there was something I had to do. I went over to Juan's side of the room and took out Juan's red spray paint. Then I went over to the wall and in huge bright red letters wrote "May we meet again." Then ran out of the room laughing. (The 100 anyone? Lol)

When I came down stairs I found James and Sam waiting for me by the door.
"Are you ready?" He asked
"Hell Yeah" I said with a grin. And with that the three of us walked out the door, down the front steps and into the car. Just as we were getting ready I heared Lin yell out the second story window that used to be my prison.
"Tommy! You better come up here and fix this shit or I'll press charges!" She yelled.
James looked at me with a raised eyebrow and pointed at the window.
"Is she talking about you?" I just smiled and said
"No a different Tommy." And I wasn't lying. I came to that shit whole as Tommy Bashoff and I'm leaving as Tamsin Greer, a new person with the hope and promise of a better life.

We got to the hotel around 5 o'clock in the afternoon. We would be going to the airport in the morning to catch an early flight to Florida. The hotel room was huge. It has two separate rooms one had suitcases in it which I suppose are James and Sam's and the other one was empty. Well luggage wise. It had its own bathroom, a huge flat screen T.V and a mini fridge. A fucking mini fridge. I couldn't help but smile as I took in the large queen sized bed in the middle of the room. I dropped my backpack that had all my stuff in it and jumped on the bed feeling it's soft silky sheets and fluffy pillows. I heared a knock on the door and turned around to see Sam smiling at me and leaning casually on the door frame.
"Do you like your room? I mean I know it's only temporary but...." He trailed off not really knowing what else to say.
"I like it." I said not really looking at him. I may now be there daughter but that didn't mean I trusted them. In fact I didn't even know these people really. I began to panic as my anxiety kicked in. What if this was all some sick joke. What if Lin payed them to take me away because she couldn't stand me anymore and they were just gonna dump me off at the next stop. Sam must of noticed my scared expression because he quickly walked over to me and sat down.
"It's okay. Your safe here nothing bad is gonna happen to you here Tamsin." He said in a soothing tone. I began to calm down and relax. I still didn't trust him but nothing bad was happening right now so I decided to enjoy it while it lasted. 
"I kinda want to be alone right now." I said
"Okay." he said and slowly got up from the bed. Dinners in an hour." He told me leaving my alone in my room. I sighed and went over to the mini fridge. I opened it and saw a sign that read drinks 2 pounds each and the snacks were 1 pound. I hesitated for a moment before grabbing a hand full of snacks and a drink out of the mini fridge.
"Fuck it" I mumbled, "this is the first good food I've seen in over a year" I then turned on the T.V and some were between sponge Bob and a pack of M&Ms I feel asleep. And I'm not gonna lie it was the best sleep I've had in ages.

I woke up to James shaking me awake and was momentarily confused by my new surroundings. Then the previous days events came flooding back to me. Wow this really wasn't a dream.
"Tamsin come on get up we have to be at the airport in 1 hour." James said with a hint of frustration in his voice. I quickly got up and rummaged through my backpack to pull out a pair of jeans and a tee shirt. I then ran into the bathroom to get a quick shower before comming out into the living with my stuff. James and Sam were walking around arguing about some of the packing arrangements and I couldn't help but smile. This was the first time I'd seen them act like a real couple. The stoped arguing when they saw me.
"Tamsin," Sam said. "Are you ready to go?"
"Yeah I'm ready." I said looking at the plush carpet.
"Okay then. James can you help we get these things to the car please?"
"Sure babe one sec." James replied grabbing two suitcases and taking them to the elevator. Sam gestured for me to go so I followed James out the door with Sam at my heels draging another suit case behind him.

When we got to the airport it was about 6 in the mourning. We made are way through security and checked are bags, I decided to keep mine as a carry on. We finally found are gate and waited for are plane to bored. I began to grow nervous again when I realized this would be my first time on a plane. Sam seemed to notice this because he took my hand a gave it a reassuring squeeze. After about 10 minuets of waiting it was finally are turn to bored. We walked up to the lady at the front desk and gave her out tickets then headed on to the plane. The seats were blue and red to match the "Delta" airline logo. Are seats were near the front. I took a window seat and James sat next to me. I was hopeing Sam wound sit next to me because I trusted him more. The plane began to take off and I watched as London began to grow smaller and smaller.

I must of fallen a sleep because that next thing I knew the pilots voice came over the intercom and told us we would be landing in the next 5 minuets. I looked out my window and I saw a whole new place. There were beaches and hotels. The water was crystal clear and the palm trees look beautiful. James saw me staring and chuckled
"You like what you see?" He asked
"Yeah" I breathed still in shock from the sight. We landed and go off the flight. We headed to baggage claim and then went to the car. James and Sam's car was a black convertible, even though it was winter it was still comfortable out so we drove with the top down.

When we reached there "small" home they told me about I just about lost my shit. It was a huge white mansion with three stories and an atic. I was so shocked I didn't even here Sam come up behind me. He tapped my shoulder making me jump.
"Hey Tamsin," he said with a smile.
"Yes"I said.
"Welcome home"
When I got inside James showed me to my room and helped get me settled in. After I was ready we went down stairs for dinner.

It was mostly quiet at dinner except for the mild chatting between James and Sam. Sam looked at me and said. " Tamsin you start school  next week. This move may be hard for you but I'm sure you'll make friends fast." He told me.
I looked up at him and laughed rudely
"Yeah I'm sure all the people there are Gonna just love that fact that a transgender is now going to there school." I replied coldly Sam sighed.
" I know how you feel Tamsin moving to a new school is hard especially for someone in your situation."
"Someone in my situation!? You have no idea how it's like living like this in a body you don't want. You don't know what I feel." I nearly screamed.
" Actually I do" Sam said. " I'm a transgender to."

Hey guys so as promised I made a much longer chapter. I decided to post two today because I won't be posting anything tomorrow so I hope you enjoy this one I know it's really long many even a little two long lol.
