(Brandon & Devin in the MM)
Mya

"Aw you're getting so big!" My mom cooed as she looked at my stomach and squealed "I can't believe I'm gonna be a grandma"

My dad looked at her "Girl you got 4 other grandchildren. 1 from Brandon and 3 from Devin's hoe ass. Our babygirl Laila still has yet to get knocked up" I laughed and shook my head. It's true, my brother Devin is a hoe. Knowing him he has way more than 3 kids, but that's not really my business.

I am now 6 months pregnant and this hasn't been as hard as I thought it would. Odell checks up on me and occasionally visits whenever has time so that's a good thing. I just opened another boutique in New York which I'm excited about. I can finally say I'm happy, nothing has been going wrong in my life for the past 3 months.

"So what names are you thinking of? Have you and Odell discussed it yet?" My mom asked

"I haven't talked to Odell about it but since it's a boy I wanna name him Elijah" I smiled "Elijah Amaru Beckham."

My dad's eyes lit up and he gave me a high five "That's my girl!"

I giggled because Amaru is Tupac's middle name and my dad loves Tupac for some reason. My mom clapped and smiled brightly. "That's a beautiful name, I can't wait till he gets here. This is gonna be my first grandson."

I can't wait either.

I quickly answered Odell's facetime call and waited for it to connect. His face appeared in the camera and I saw Sonny sitting next to him. "Hey Sonny!" He reached for the camera and started laughing which made me smile.

"Well damn I don't get no hey?"

"Sorry, Hi Odell"

"What's up lil girl, how was your day?"

"It was good. I visited my parents and then went to the boutique for a little while, how's business in New York?" I let Odell handle my store in New York because he's closer so if anything happens I don't have to rush to book a flight to get there.

"It's going good, but man the girls you hired got some bad ass attitudes. I walk in there and all of them mugging me and shit, I bought they ungrateful asses breakfast and lunch. Not one of 'em said thank you"

I giggled to myself "Well they're really nice to me, maybe they just don't like you"

"I don't care, they bougie anyways" He shrugged

"Well I was talking to my parents about names for the baby and I think Elijah would be a good one"

"I like that" he nodded "What about his middle name?"

"Amaru, that's Tupac's middle name and my dad really likes Tupac so I went with that"

"Why he can't have my middle name?"

"No offense but your middle name ugly as shit" I giggled "Cornelius"

He pretended to be hurt and wiped a tear from his eye. "You so mean to me"

I playfully rolled my eyes and looked down at my nails. "So are excited for when he comes?"

"Hell yeah! I'm beyond excited" He smiled big "I can't believe I'm really gon' have a son. We gon' do everything together"

A small smile appeared on my face as I listened to him talk about all the things they would do and how much fun they would have together. It made me feel so much better and thankful that he wants to be apart of his child's life, I don't want my child to grow up without having their father. My dad didn't come into my life until I was 14 and I told myself that I was not bringing a child into this world if the father wasn't supportive.

"I'm kinda scared to push him out, I feel like it's gonna hurt bad" I cringed, thinking of the pain I would have to go through in about the next three months. "And then I'm having a natural birth so it's like no epidural or nothing"

"I'ma be there next to you through the whole thing, don't worry" he assured me "I might even record it for snapchat"

"I will take that fucking phone and throw it at you if you even try to do that"

He chuckled "You would look sexy doing that so I don't mind"

We talked for about an hour until he started to fall asleep. I put my laptop on the nightstand and turned my light off so I could get some sleep.

I struggled to get out of my truck so I could go in the store and buy a few groceries. Being pregnant is a struggle when it comes to doing simple things like standing up. A man came over to me once he noticed I needed help.

"Let me help you" He grabbed my arm and put his other hand on my back to help me.

"Thank you so much"

He waved me off "No problem ma'am, have a nice day"

I walked into Target and went straight to the freezer section to get some ice cream. After getting everything I needed I payed for my things and exited the store. My phone started ringing and my brother's name flashed across the screen.

"Hey Devin"

"Hey, where you at?"

"Just leaving target, why what's up?"

"I'm at your house, hurry the hell up. I'm tired of waiting"

I rolled my eyes "I'm coming"

I quickly put the bags in the trunk and made my way to my house. His ass is probably over there because he thinks I cooked, all he do is eat and make babies.

As soon as I pulled into my driveway I saw him leaning on his car door. He looked up to the sky and did prayer hands as if he was thanking god, I laughed and unlocked the door. "What do you want Devin?"

"Well dang I can't stop by and see my sister?" I gave him a look "Fine. So you know how you having a baby with that bitch hoedell- I mean Odell"

"You the last person that should be calling someone a hoe but continue"

"So I got one of my baby mama's to watch him and flirt with him and shit, and guess what?"

I put my hands on my hips and shook my head. "What?"

"That nigga had the nerve to call her a hoe and push her off him and shit, he got my baby mama fucked up"

"Wait why would you send your baby mama all the way New York to flirt with him?" I furrowed my eyebrows

"Oh um" he laughed nervously "I just wanted to see if he was still messing around"

I gave him a blank look and pointed to the door "Get out"

"Alright man" He kissed my forehead and walked towards he door to leave "I'll call you later sis"
