"Kirsten, it's time for church,"Melody called.
"Coming, mom," she responded. Kirsten ran downstairs at top speed.
"Can I drive to church one last time before I head off to college."
"Sure, sweetie." Kirsten hops in the car and heads to Salem Baptist Church. Pastor William Miller is there to greet everyone walking in.
"Hello Melody, Kirsten."
"Hello Pastor Miller" Kirsten replied.
"I hear this is the last day till you leave for college?"
"It sure is Pastor Miller."
"It's a pleasure to have one more time before you leave."
"The pleasures all mine, sir."
After church Kirsten and her mother go to Cracker Barrel. They then head home and Kirsten gets ready to leave.
"Bye mom"
"Bye Kirsten."
1 month later
"Yo Kirsten you comin'," Tommy inquired.
"Well I was gonna go to church."
"Church?" he says making a face," you do wanna be cool, right?"
"I guess."
"Skip church and come to the party." We're at the party in Jen's room. I'm pretty sure the juice has alcohol in it. I'm pretty uncomfortable but everyone else seems completely comfortable.
I grab a glass of juice and make my way over to the couch.
"Hey Kirsten so glad you decided to come," Jen said.
"Yeah me, too" I say out loud but mumble to myself, "I guess."

As I head back to my dorm after the party half drunk I whisper to myself, "forgive me God, forgive me.A/N I know it's short but it's the prologue so I don't care I'll get chapter one at some point. Merry Christmas y'all!
