I swear my cheeks are as hot as the scorching sun.
No one has ever told me that.
And when I mean no one, I really mean it.
Kento is the only who could make my heart somersault in my chest!
Geez, I'm turning cheesy. It's because of that idiot Kento!
"E-Err, um, uh," I seriously don't know where to start. I still feel awkward!
What do I say, what do I want to say, what do I need to say?!
"Oh, um, if you're wondering why I'm here today, I just thought that instead of doing nothing on weekends, I think we should grab this opportunity to rehearse. The performance is already next week, so.." He trailed off, then I noticed that he's sweating.
The sun! I grabbed his wrists and pulled him inside. "You should've went inside! If only you didn't say that..." My cheeks flushed once again. His brows furrowed, looking perplexed.
"If only what?"
"N-Nothing! Sorry if you had to wait outside. Um, wait, I'll get you some refreshments. Just... just sit and wait there!" I was about to leave him when he said something.
"Thank you, but a glass of cold water is already fine." I gave him a nod before walking towards the kitchen.
Geez, it's a first time that a boy went inside my house.
I nervously opened the fridge to get the pitcher of water. I seriously feel like I'm in a café serving someone for the first time.
But I'm no waitress, though.
I went back at the living room, only to find him sitting on the cushioned sofa while looking around the house.
"Here," I gave him the glass of cold water.
"Thanks," he mumbled before drinking it. I immediately regretted looking at him.
It's amazing how he managed to drink it in just a matter of few seconds!
But then I should've looked away. He's smirking at me!
"W-What?!" I scowled. Whenever he's around me, I forget who I am. Seriously, what is this effect he has on me?
"Nothing," he chuckled, then he placed the glass on the table beside him.
"What a huge house you got here.." He then began to roam around the house. Wow, is he an investigator? But then, I didn't know that I was already staring at him.
His dark, disheveled hair—the way he chose to wear a simple white shirt, black ripped jeans, and combat boots—why's he so attractive?!
Wait, what am I even saying?!
I continued to follow him. "This is your family, right?" He asked while holding the picture frame—
"G-Give me that!" I hastily grabbed the picture frame from his hand.
"They're not my family.." I whispered.
After leaving me alone, I don't consider them as my family anymore.
Just when I was in the brink of tears, Kento immediately changed the subject.
Atleast he knows..
