I wasn't sure what to expect when I picked up or more like clicked on @xJesusFreakFangirlx 's short story "A Flower Hugged the Sun". The title drew me in and I just wanted to read it.
As the title promises, a flower hugs the sun. The story was interesting. It was short and to the point. It's a story that would do good as something to be read aloud.
There is a part where the sun explodes, but it isn't described in much detail. I believe more detail would help give readers a clearer image of what's happening.
Many other parts could use more detail as well. The book could describe more of the characters and the setting, so readers can get a better idea of the mood.
Overall, the plot was intriguing and I hope the author continues writing.
