How To Train Your Dragon

Chapter 5

     I awake my hands bound behind my back laying down in a cell and instantly start taking in my surroundings, I back into a dark corner and use my hands to stand up. Slowly, I slide my hands down my back and do my best to get them to my knees. When I do I step one foot through the loop of my arms then bring my other foot through and stand up straight. I walk back into the light to see the riders I pushed off the dragons standing there. The chubby boy that was on the Gronckle was holding a plate of food in front of in looking scared. "Oh come on, Fishlegs. How much trouble can she be in a cell with her hands bound? Hm?" says the boy who was on the  Monstrous Nightmare and pats 'Fishlegs' on the back. "Oh, shut up Snotlout! You wouldn't go in there by yourself and put the plate right in front of her!" snorted 'Fishlegs' the twins started to snicker at Fishlegs challenge. The one called Snotlout scoffed and spoke with his chest stuck out "Yes, I would Fishlegs. You just watch me!" with that everyone (including me) watched him as he took the plate and walked ever so slowly into the cell with me. The twins quickly took the keys and shut the door with Snotlout looking at them in disbelief and I growled making him look back at me. I seemed to have not found my human voice yet. He walks slower up to me and I growl so he starts to walk quicker but not much quicker. I back up a little and he looks back at them and the urge him on. When he looks back at me he doesn't realize I back up farther when he turned around. I started to think about what I was going to say before I attacked him wen it came to me. I waited till he was in front of me and put the food down when I picked up the water and spoke "Now, you're screwed. . ." then I splashed the water in his face and attacked him. I made sure I was in front of his only was out. "GET THE CHIEF RUFFNUT!! HURRY!!" yells someone on the other side of the cell. I jump at Snotlout as I hear a lot of approaching feet, I pick up the bowl and smash it over his head enough to break it but not enough to knock him out. I handle a rather sharp piece and hold it to his neck with me behind him. I see tons of men and women coming through an entrance to see what was happening. I hear many of them gasp in horror and I see a rather large man wearing a red fur cape forcing his way through thinking he must be the chief, walking behind him was the man on Toothless I saw before I fainted. He was looking distressed at me, I also see behind him Toothless and realize I feel more loyalty to dragons than to humans. I also see a man forcing his way through that is wearing a black fur cape, "Make the Dragon-Girl let go of my son Stoick!" he says sounding worried and I growl at  the name 'Dragon-Girl' I put the piece of bowl closer to Snotlout's neck and he speaks "Hey Dad, how bout not calling her that. . .Please!" he grunts "Alright." then turns back to Stoick "Make her let him go!" Stoick replies "Spitelout I don't know if she understands me or can speak our lang-" Snotlout interrupts him "Oh she can. Before she attacked me she spoke our language." I nod to what Snotlout said and spoke myself "I can understand and speak your language." I paused and spoke again "I want out of this cell! So let me o-" Toothless growls at me "Stop! Let the boy go! NOW!" I growl back "No! Not until I am out of this cell!".  He growls again forcefully and I know I wont win this fight so I let him go but as he walks off I kick him which earns me another growl and I bow to Toothless. Everyone stood there stunned and the boy with the Night Fury whispers to the chief and he nods, "EVERYONE OUT! GO BACK TO THE JOBS YOU WERE DOING! YOU CAN STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE FINISHED!" with that everyone started to leave except the boy and Toothless. "Are you ok?" I look up when the boy stops speaking and the blonde standing there next to him. I instantly growl and back away, I hear other feet approaching and retreat to the farthest corner in the dark cell hiding my face. I look up to see everyone I fought and two other people I am guessing are from the village. "We will be the ones on guard of this cell and there are two more outside the front." said one in a deep voice I recognize and whimper "I don't remember seeing you before." said the boy "We are passing through and wanted to stay a couple nights and since we have nothing to do we volunteered. I decide to take a brave chance before the 'guards' took there spots and ran at the bars my hands reaching out trying to catch Hal by the face but the blonde's axe stopped right in front of my hand so I yell instead "STAY AWAY FROM ME YOU MURDERERS!!! I KNOW WHAT YOU WANT SO STAY AWAY!" I look at the startled faces of the riders then settle on the boys face looking into his eyes pleadingly "Please all they want is to kill me Sap-" I start to freak out "SAP! WHERE IS SAP!?!?! WHERE IS SHE!?!?!" I look to Hal "IF YOU KILLED HER I SWEAR I WILL KILL YOU!!! YOU-YOU STAY AWAY FROM HER! KILL ME IF YOU WANT BUT STAY AWAY FROM HER!!" Now all the riders looked at me like I was crazy except the boy. "C'mon let's go Hiccup." I reach out for his arm "Please let me go I have to make sure she is safe!" I started to yell again as he walked away the blonde pulling him "PLEASE! SHE IS ALL I HAVE LEFT!". Hiccup tried to turn around but the blonde kept pulling him away with the others behind him. I shrank back to the corner as Hal and Griffen turned instantly to me when the riders where out of sight "You just wait till tonight then you will have no worries cause all three of us are getting out of this place then we will kill you" then Griffen spoke with an evil grin "Out of sight, Out of mind I always say." they both chuckled and took their seats on either side of the cell. I roared and roared and roared until my throat was so sore I couldn't do anything but keep my eyes closed and cry silent tears waiting for the night to come.
