Will He Be Okay?

Omniscient POV *lol still idk*

     As Asahina stared at Kirigiri, Naegi's breathing was still growing more shallow. She was worried that he would die before they even reached the nurse's office.
     "Asahina," she said in a very serious tone. "We need to get Naegi to the nurse's office as soon as humanly possible. Please. I'll explain everything once we get there, just please take him there." Asahina nodded and picked Naegi up on her back. Then she started running toward the nurse's office.
Kirigiri followed, promptly.

    Once they got to the nurse's office, they were greeted by a familiar face. Toko. She was standing in the middle of the room, staring at the other three. "What h-happened to h-him...?" She asked in the loudest voice she could manage. They'd guessed she just got Genocider Syo out of her system, so she was still shaken.
    "I have no idea, but we have to treat him before it's too late," said Asahina, lying Naegi down a bed before walking over to a cabinet and rummaging through medical supplies. "Now, Kirigiri," she added. "What happened? How are you still alive? Not that it's a bad thing! I mean..." she looked at Naegi sadly. "We sent you two to your deaths.... I can't help but feel as if this my fault... I'm sorry...."
     Kirigiri put her hand up. "There's no reason to be. We were all tense and you made the easiest decision." Asahina looked at Kirigiri with a sad look on her face. "How could you say that? Easiest decision? This wasn't easy at all... it was one of the hardest things I've ever done!" Kirigiri looked surprised.
    "What do you mean?" She cocked her heas just like a dog. "I mean, we sent two of our friends, who were obviously not guilty, to their deaths!" Kirigiri was still confused. "I'm not understanding. Nobody was guilty, so who else would you send other than the two most suspicious?" Asahina flinched.
    "Most suspicious!? That probably everyone BUT you and Naegi! Everyone else is suspicious!" Kirigiri watched Naegi's slowing breaths and looked at Asahina. "We can worry about that later. We need to help Naegi right now."
    Asahina looked at Kirigiri and smirked. "Do you like Naegi or something?" She asked, smugly. Kirigiri flinched at this comment. "I do not. He's like... a brother to me. But like I said, we have no time for that now. We have to save Naegi." Asahina looked unsatisfied. "
     "Fine. You're lucky I have medical knowledge."

   After Asahina finished treating Naegi, she told Kirigiri what was going on. "Apparently, there was something unusual in his nervous system, and he got really sick. He also had a really bad wound on his back that got infected. I treated it pretty well, so he should be fine after getting some rest. Now can you tell me what happened?"
     Kirigiri stood up and dusted off her skirt. She walked over to Naegi and asked, "What happened to Toko?" Asahina looked around. "Huh...? I guess she left. But don't change the subject. What happened?"
    Kirigiri sighed heavily. "Fine. When I was supposed to be executed, I was saved by Alter Ego. I'm guessing Naegi was too. But once I woke up, I ended up surrounded by the corpses...of our dead classmates..." Asahina gasped and put her hands ober her mouth.
    Kirigiri ignored her. "But then SHE came in. Junko Enoshima. She wasn't the same as before though. She was different. I didn't know how, or why, but I didn't really care. I just wanted to see Naegi. So I asked where he was. And she told me... he was in the other room... slowly dying. She was poisoning him slowly with some sort of gas." Asahina was still trying to get her head wrapped around everything as Togami walked in.
    "What happened to him,"he asked. "And why are you still alive?" Asahina shoved him slightly. "Togami! What do you mean? They're both still alive, you should be happy!" Togami chuckled.
    "I wasn't serious. But, really, what happened to Naegi? He doesn't look very good." Asahina and Kirigiri looked at each other as they heard Naegi make a quiet sound. "H...help..." They all looked at him concerned as Hagakure walked in.            "Hey what's up gu- WOAH WHAT HAPPENED TO NAEGI?!" Everyone hushed him at once as he covered his mouth.
    "What happened?" He asked. Kirigiri sat down next to Naegi and sighed as he made more small noises. She took his hand and quietly told him it would be alright before telling Hagakure and Togami what happened.
    "But what kind of gas was it? And why was Junko there?" Hagakure asked. Kirigiri looked at him condescendingly and said, "Didn't I just say I didn't know? But apparently he's got an infection and he's got poison in his system."
    Asahina looked at the ground, "I hope he'll be alright in time... for the next trial."

omg. Writers block. I couldn't figure out what to write so I hope the next part turns out better. But anyway pls tell me if you like it and I hope you have a wonderful morning, evening, it afternoon and I will see you guys next time. I love you!
