Three Days Later...
Liyah was home watching Go Diego Go with Egypt when she received a phone call. "Hello?" said Liyah. "Hey it's Daisy. Wanna come over for a few drinks tonight? It's my birthday and I'm having a house party" asked Daisy. "I'll be over at nine. What's your address?" Daisy then said "I'll text it to you." Liyah then hung up and finished watching TV with her daughter.
It was 10:00 a.m. and they were hungry, so Liyah decided to cook breakfast. She made light and fluffy pancakes, with sunny side up eggs, Bacon, fruity oatmeal and homemade biscuits. She had fruit salad and orange juice on the side. Liyah was glad She was majoring in Culinary Arts , because cooking was her hobby. She was glad to be able to cook. It's like a talent.
They ate their food and watched Spongebob. Liyah called Egypt's godmother and asked if She would be able to babysit. "Hello? Diona? Hey girl, are you busy? You aren't? Okay I need a favor. Can you watch Egypt? Only until 12. You can pick her up at 7. Okay. Love you. Bye"
It was 6:30 before Liyah knew it. She bathed Egypt and for her ready. Diona arrived around 7 and Egypt was ready to go. She gave Diona $40 for babysitting and then prepared herself for a house party. She showered and wand curled her hair. She wore a black pencil skirt with a yellow YMCMB half shirt, a yellow belly ring and some black and yellow. She also wore a gold Michael Kors watch and some gold hoop earrings with red Mac lipstick and false lashes. Liyah was fly. She hadn't been to a party in a long time, and she was excited. She picked up her phone and dialed her female best friend. "Hello? Nina? What's up? Wanna Party? Get dressed and come to my crib. Okay. We'll leaves from my house. It starts at nine. Okay. Hurry up. See You." She hung up and waited for her friend. Nina never took long to get dressed, so she was at her front door within 20 minutes. Nina and Liyah were dressed alike. Nina wore a white half shirt with her name airbrushed on the front, a red pencil skirt, some red & black Jordans with a Miami Heat hat. She had long, blonde poetic justice braids, with some silver hoop earrings and silver bangles on her wrist. Nina was a curvy chick with the prettiest face and the roundest ass. Every nigga was on her. Liyah grabbed her black Luis Vuitton purse and they hopped in Nina's Range Rover. Liyah gave Nina the address, and with Nina's crazy driving, they arrived in 10 minutes. They got out the car to see some guys on the front porch talking. "Damn, Ma you look good. Let me holla at you real quick!" Liyah and Nina looked at each other. The guy then said "I'm talking to shawty in the white." Nina blushed as the guy walked to her. "How you doing Ma?" he said as he smiled showing his pretty teeth. "I'm doing fine." said Nina shyly. The guy said "Let's just quit the small talk and exchange phone numbers." Nina pulled out her gold iPhone 5 and gave it to the guy as the guy gave her his Galaxy S4. They exchanged numbers and the guy said "I'm Princeton." Nina smiled and said "I'm Nina." He gave her a hug and Liyah and Nina walked into the house.
The music was loud, people were everywhere, and the smell of weed filled the air. Daisy was standing in the kitchen with a guy who looked very familiar. He was tall and lightskin, he had braids and the most beautiful smile ever. It was her highschool crush, P. It's a small world. The man her cousin married was the man whom She was crushing on in school.
Liyah walked to Dinah and gave her a hug. "Hey, Happy birthday." said Liyah as She gave Daisy $100 as a birthday gift. "Hey girl. Let me introduce you to my husband." said Daisy. Liyah laughed. "You don't need to, we went to school together. " P gave Liyah a hug and She gave him the bottle of Peach Ciroc that She bought on her way over. "I heard it was Bring Your Own Booze, so I bought this." He took the bottle and put it in the fridge next to lots of other bottles of various liquors. Nina and Liyah went into the living room and danced to their song, Booty Hopscotch by Kstylis. Just then, a familiar face came through the door.
She ran to him and gave him a hug as tears of joy fell from her eyes. It was her best friend Jay. She hadn't seen him in so long. "It's been ages. How are you?" asked Jay. She said "
I've been great. Taking care of my daughter, going to school, trying to find a job." Jay looked confused. "You have a daughter?" asked Jay. "Yeah, she's two now. You should see her. She's gorgeous. " said Liyah. "Wow. I'm the godfather right?" asked Jay as he laughed. Liyah laughed. "Sure, She doesn't have one yet."said Liyah. Jay took Liyah's phone and gave her his number. "I really wanna see my goddaughter. Call me when I can visit." She said Okay and he walked away. Just then, 4 more familiar faces came through the door. Abby, Nene, Leela & Deena. They all hugged Liyah and Nina and they partied all night. It was a great night.
