I sat on my bed and stared at Kevin who was laying on the corner of my bed with his hands over his eyes. I just put my head on his chest and he looked at me and ran his fingers through my hair and a tear slipped down my eye. "I'm sorry" he said "you didn't do anything" I said and looked into his golden green eyes. "I didn't give you a chance to explain and you don't know how much I missed you baby girl" he said and kissed my forehead "I miss her" I said and looked away "I do too" he said and I drifted asleep. I woke up in the morning when I felt Kevin stretch "good morning babe." He said in his beautiful morning voice. "Good morning" I said and kissed his cheek as he smiled. "I'm gonna run home so I can get ready and I'll take you somewhere in half an hour okay?" He said and I got up and so did he. "Okay" I said and I got up. He went out and I put some clothes on. I decided on a black cropped top that said 'I woke up like this' and some high waisted jeans. I put some black vans on and a gold bomber jacket with a brown Michael Kors bag. I curled my hair and braided a half ponytail. I put some eyeliner on and false lashes. Then I put some highlighter and nude lip gloss. I had bags under my eyes from crying so much so I put concealer on and waited for Kevin to come. Five minutes later Kevin came and we decided to walk to IHOP. We ate and he wanted to take me to the mall so we walked there too. We walked into the candy shop first and got a lot of candy. We are so extra but at least I can get my mind off of things. No matter what I do, I always have a thought of Maggie floating around. I feel awful that I didn't do anything to stop the abuse. I shouldn't have listened to her and just called the cops. Kev and I decided to visit Daniel because we know that he's not taking the whole Maggie thing well. We hung out for another hour and he got us matching thrasher sweaters and I was so happy. This guy, his mood is contagious and he just always knows what to do to make a girl happy and this is why I can say that I'm genuinely happy to be with him "I love you princess" he said then kissed my forehead "I love you too" I said and I couldn't stop smiling because it was the first time that he said that to me.

I knocked on Daniels door and Mariah opened it with skylar in her hands "Millie!" Sky said and jumped on me "hi skylar" I said and kissed his cheek and he giggles "her Mariah" I said and hugged her her eyes were still puffy "Daniel hasn't eaten anything for the past two days can you guys help him?" She said and we walked up to his room and knocked "go away Mariah I'm not coming out there" I heard Daniel say through sobs "dan it's us" I said and after a minute the door opened and revealed Daniel with red eyes and he looked a little pale. "Bro are you alright?" Kevin said and went into his room "I miss her" he just said and plopped down on his bean bag "we all do" I said "I didn't get any sleep because all I could picture is her beautiful face. She didn't deserve this and it's all my fault. Why didn't we just call the cops? She would've still been alive Camilla, she wouldn't be dead" he said and started crying again "Daniel you can't take the blame for something you didn't do" I said and Devin walked in "hi guys" he said and stared at Daniel. "Bro you're still in that bean bag? Get up you need some fresh air" he said and helped Daniel up. He went went to wash his face and we decided that we would go to the park.
