Day 5 - A time you thought about ending your own life

Ok. Interesting topic. I have not really been serious when thinking about ending my own life. Of course I can't stop myself from thinking about how I might die someday and they are always these different scenarios. I also have thoughts of what I would do if our house started on fire, an intruder at school, or home, etc. So, I can't really answer this question...

Instead I will try to give advice for those who have/are. 

If you think about killing/hurting yourself on a regular basis, please seek help or tell somebody. If you want to talk we can :) I'm a good listener and I don't want to see anybody hurting themselves. I try not to judge people in school because you never know their story. Sometimes it just helps to talk to somebody and not keep all those feeling wrapped inside. I am not a super expressive person either, but if you have a healthy way of getting those feelings out (exercising, art, music, etc.), you will be okay. When I stress about my tons of homework I like to play Just Dance, do something crafty, listen to music, and go on the internet. Although that helps with my stress, I just want to add that it doesn't help with me getting my homework done. Some unhealthy ways that people try to get their feelings out include cutting, excessively eating, etc. I know I am not an expert on these topics, but I think I know enough.
