"Nathaniel De Luca." I mouth, sounding his name. "It's got quite a ring to it."

He smirks, "Nate, please." My eyebrow arches at his request, "So, can I ask what a beautiful woman like you is doing all alone at a coffee shop like this?"

A tiny laugh escapes my lips, "Quite the charmer you have there guys'."
"Well, you can't say the guy never tried." Erik teases causing my lips to quirk up slightly.

"I'm sorry, where are my manners. I am Sarah McCall and you guys are..." I venture.

"Oh, you already know me. I'm Erik and this guy over here is Dante," he points to the brown eyed Italian beside him. "That over there is Damien," my eyes drift over to the well built blonde.
"And lastly Alex."

My gaze lingers on the curly haired brunette, his bright green eyes twinkle mischievously as he sweeps his luscious locks back, his muscles pulling taut in doing so.

"Pleasure to meet you all." I offer, my lips curving on their own accord. "In answer to your question Nathan, this little coffee house serves the best coffee that I have ever, ever tasted."

"Is that so?" Nathan murmurs, an amused twinkle in his eyes, "Nathan. I quite like that."

My phone buzzes casing me to glance down, "Peter?" I mutter in utter confusion. A laugh escapes my lips as I read his message.

"So, you guys never really told me what you're doing here? Truth be told I've never seen anyone of you before." I shyly say.

"That's probably because you weren't looking properly, beautiful." The words smoothly leave Alex's lips. A blush graces my cheeks as I realize that he just called me beautiful.

"Knock it off Alex!" Nathan grumbles, smirks appear on the rest of their faces causing me to furrow my brows in confusion.

Deciding to change the subject I ask, "So, how do you all know each other?"

"Well, Alex is my friend, and Dante and Damien are Erik's cousins." Nathan answers.

"Oh. I take it that Alex is short for something else?" My eyes twinkling in curiosity.
"Alessandro." He murmurs, his thick Italian accent leaving his lips.

My heart accelerates in anticipation. "Alessandro... Wow. That's a really n-nice name."

Alex smiled causing me to blush slightly. I snapped my head towards Nathan, my eyes widening as I took in the blood flowing from his hand.

"What the - " Snapping out of my shock I rush to Nathan's side. Grabbing hold of my napkin I apply pressure to take wound.

"How the hell did this happen?" I almost shriek, "You know what? Don't answer that! Darren! Darren! Get me the first aid kit!"

Darren hurries over, the first aid kit in his hands. Grabbing it I mutter a small thanks as I start treating the wound.

One of the helpers rushes over to clean up the shattered glass. "Are you okay?" I worriedly ask Nathan.

"I'm fine." He harshly mutters, glaring at me as he pulls his hand out of mine.
Ignoring the pang of rejection I offer hm a soft smile instead.

"Sure?"
"Yes!" His eyes darken a shade as he glares at me.
"Okay." I murmur.

"Ignore him." Erik whispers.
"So, what work do you do?" Alex asks.
"Well... I'm a pilot."
"A pilot?" Nathan ask, his nose pulling up in disgust.

"Yes. A pilot." My eyes narrowing.
"Aren't pilots a male dominated job?" He asks, his eyes darkening.
"Aren't you a bit of a sexist?" I respond.
