Human ~~ Jasper Whitlock - Hale ~~~

I decide on wearing black to school today. I get dressed before I flat iron my hair. I lace up my combat boots and I put my jewelry on. I catch the bus before it leaves and I sit in the front.

Alice gasps at my outfit. She turns me around and she looks at my back tattoo. Her and Rosalie go on about how awesome it looks. Jasper and Edward are gone visiting some family members.

Alice walks with me to our first class. She still hasn't shut up about my back tattoo yet. She dabs a piece of paper and writes to me.

I seriously love your tattoo :) oh, and the entire Cullen and Hale family write like this..... ~ Alice Cullen

I smile at her and I nod, again. The teacher walks in and she begins the lesson for the week. I love this class, History. History is actually my favorite subject in school.

Gym is my and Alice's fourth period class. Emmett Cullen is also  in this class with us. He is so muscular, he is even competitive. I like guys who are competitive. They are even better at getting what they want.

Lunch is after the fourth period release bell. I sit with the Cullen family again. They seem to like me. Rosalie still has her nose up at rustic Bella. I giggle at her glare and she snorts at me.

"When did you get your tattoos?" Rosalie asks, looking back at me.

"The day after I graduate from the rehabilitation center." I reply. "I got them as a reward to getting over my anorexia."

I nibble on my my rib and sip on my bottled water. Rosalie and Emmett are all kissy with each other. Alice seems bored without Bobby. He is at home, sick. I don't believe their stories. They're not human, I just cannot figure out what in the world they are.

I think Edward is a mind reader, because every time I think that, he snaps his head in my direction. I think Alice sees the furrow somehow because it's like she knew I was coming. Rosalie, well, she is way too beautiful to be human.

Edward is staring at me with a tilted eyebrow, like he does at any thought of them being non human. 'Shape shifter?' I think. Edward scoffs and shakes his head, with a disgusted look on his gave. 'Sexy zombie?' Edward bursts out laughing, before shaking his head no. 'Canadian?' Edward laughs again and shakes his no.  'Vampire?' He sighs and he nods his head yes.

I gasp and I pony at each one at the table. Edward sits back and watched Rosalie grow angry.

"I knew you weren't human, I knew it." I say softly, so nobody else hears me. "I'll keep your secret, I promise."

Rosalie calms down. "I trust you. But I don't trust rustic over there."

I giggle and I look at rustic Bella. Shen is staring at Edward. He had shown up late for school. Jasper is still gone. Edward isn't flaring anymore.

"I introduced myself today, to Isabella." Edward comments. "She insists on being called Bella."

I nod and I stare at rustic Bella. Rosalie seems relieved that I know their secret and the others seem shocked that Rosalie trusts me. I sigh an i rest my head in my arms.

After school, Alice drags me to her car.

"Where do you live?" She asks. "I wanna drive you home."

I tell her my address and she tells me to get into her car. I fasten my seatbelt after closing the door. She speeds down the roads until we make it to my house. Mom is home.

"Come on and meet my mom." I say eagerly.

Alice nods happily and she gets out of the car. She follows me inside my house.

"Mama! I brought home a friend!" I yell.

"A friend!" Mom says overly excited.

She runs down the stairs. She smiles at Alice before hugging her. Alice giggles and she hugs my mom back.

"I'm Alice, Penelope's first friend at Forks High School." Alice chirps.

"I like your personality." Mom smiles. "Would you like to stay over?"

"I'd love to, let me call my adopted parents." Alice smiles and she walks outside.

I walk up to my room and I lay my bag on my desk. I change into some gray shorts and a white spaghetti strap before I start on my biology homework.

Alice walks in my room when I start on my history homework. She notices I have almost all of it done and correct.

"Jasper likes history too." Alice tells me.

I smile. I kind of like Jasper. I'm not sure how he really feels about me; I think I might like him, despite him being a vampire. Something due to their secret is why he was glaring at me before he left.

"When does Jasper return?" I ask as I crawl into bed, skipping dinner.

"Tomorrow, actually." Alice replies. "So, sleep. Oh, it will be cold.  I see that future. I'll find you something to wear."

I close my eyes. I fall asleep when sleep consumes me.
