Emilia kneeled in Bessie's front lawn, ripping weeds out of the small flower garden. Emilia's godmother was at work at LazyTown Hall and she took it upon herself to take care of the flowers. She didn't feel like being on her feet too much that day. As she ripped another group of weeds from the ground, Stephanie approached the house excitedly.

"Hi, Emilia!" Stephanie smiled. "What are you doing?"

"I'm just taking care of the garden. After that, I'm going to hang up that birdhouse," Emilia answered, pointing to the small birdhouse she had brought from her apartment balcony in the city. "Where are your friends?"

"It's only eight o'clock, so they're still in bed. I always wake up early because I like to help Uncle Milford make breakfast in the morning," Stephanie replied. "Do you need any help? I can hang up your birdhouse for you."

"That would be great, Stephanie, but I'd prefer if you just pull the rest of these weeds. The ladder isn't too sturdy," Emilia stated. She handed her godmother's gardening gloves to Stephanie, who immediately put them on.

"Uncle Milford told me that, too," Stephanie said. "He's fallen off of Bessie's ladder a million times, but then Sportacus saves him just in time!"

Emilia laughed awkwardly, "Well, that's very nice of him, isn't it?"

Stephanie wrapped her hands around a small group of weeds and tugged as hard as she could. She then looked at Emilia as the woman placed the ladder so that it was decently leveled. Stephanie smiled at Emilia's suddenly awkward actions.

"Sportacus is great! He would make a great boyfriend for someone, don't you think?" the pink-haired girl asked.

Emilia picked her birdhouse up. She made sure the hook was fastened properly, not wanting it to fall and break. She loved it far too much! Realizing what Stephanie had said, she then rolled her eyes at Stephanie's question.

"Don't think I don't know what you're doing, Stephanie," Emilia stated, freezing as the metal ladder began to wobble. Once it stabilized itself, she continued, "I'm not that lame."

"Hey, you're really cool!" Stephanie protested. "But, come on, don't you think Sportacus is a little cute? You can tell me if you like him!"

Emilia was at the top of the metal ladder now. She laughed, "Stephanie! I mean, sure, Sportacus is athletic, and kind... and tall... and he has really nice eyes..."

Stephanie began smiling as Emilia trailed off. She decided to speak, "He's smart, too."

Emilia seemed to snap out of whatever daze she was in. She shook her head. She now stood on the top ladder rung. It was then she noticed how far away she had placed the ladder from Bessie's front porch.

Oh, well, she thought. Stephanie watched as Emilia's ladder began tipping over, her eyes widening with worry.

Up in his airship, Sportacus was proceeding with his morning soccer exercise. His focus was entirely focused on where each ball was coming from. He immediately stopped when his crystal began to glow.

He looked down at his chest, not noticing another soccer ball coming his way. It hit him on the side of his head and he touched the place where it hit him. He shook his head and stood in the center of his airship. The platform lowered and he leaped—("Sky chaser!")—to land on his sky chaser.

Sportacus then began speeding to LazyTown as quickly as possible. He spotted Stephanie in the distance and began sprinting in her direction once his sky chaser had landed on the ground.

Emilia's ladder had tipped too far to the side. She was now hanging from Bessie's roof as Stephanie panicked below. The rain gutter had cut in Emilia's forearm. She glanced down to see how much distance was between her and the ground. She hadn't realized how tall Bessie's house was.
