The Fusion //Septiplier//

Minx finds out

Homeworld gems were attacking the Earth. Ken, a Jasper soldier, had figured out that Minx had Felix's gem. Everyone was thrown in the ship. Mack had been unfused by Ken, he now sits in a cell hyperventilating because he's not with Jack. The group had been put in separate cells and the only gems next to each other were Yami and Wade. (I now realize I used this name for one of the Ruby soldiers at the beginning :p)

Mark's POv:

I sat in my cell, struggling to contain my anger. Jack would always calm me down, but he's not here. I thought to myself. That thought made me even angrier. All of a sudden someone said "Uh... Hello?" I turn around to see Minx behind me with a curious expressing. "Are you ok?" She askes. "No! I mean...... Don't look at me! Just... go away" I stated turning back around. That's when I realized she was out. When I turned around to see her walking away. "Wait! How'd you get passed the field?!" I asked frantically. She turned around, she said, "Oh... well I just..." her voiced trailed off as she moved her hand towards the field. "No! No! Wait!" I said, not wanting her to get hurt. Her hand went easily through the field. "It's... ok?" I questioned. I tried sticking my hand through the field, but it zapped it and it distorted. Once my hand returned to normal i questioned aloud "Whats going on?" Singing started in the distance, and i knew who it was. "Wonder who's singing?" Minx questioned. "Jack" I answered her, my voice barley above a whisper. "Is he your friend?" Minx questioned. That's when I realized she didn't know me or Jack, she knew Mack. But that didn't matter at the moment. "Please! I need to find him!" I pleaded. She smiled, "Don't worry we'll find our friends" She stepped in the field and made a path for me. "A-And we'll do i-it t-together" She said in between shivers. I slid under the her and started running towards the singing. She followed after me. "My name's Minx. What's yours?" She questioned while we ran. I stopped dead. Could I tell her my name?  "Mark" I answered anyways. I started running again. I stopped in front of a window because Jack had stopped singing. "He stopped singing." I stated. "Hm... that's weird." Minx said to herself. I shouldn't of told her my name. I thought. "What's weird?" I asked as I faced her. "Well see... that kinda sounds like my friends name, Mack." Minx stated. I swallowed the lump in my throat. "Uh.... Yeah that is weird." I said and faced away from her waiting for the singing to starts again so I could follow it. "But something weird happened to him. His physical form was destroyed and two gems came out instead of one. But I guess he always had one gem on each of his palms." She said, more to herself than to me. I clenched my gem on my palm and listened for the singing. To my luck, it started again and I took off in that direction.

Jack's POV:

I have been singing for a little over an hour and my throat was hurting. When I reformed I found out they had taken us on to their ship. I started singing so Mark could know I was ok. I was waiting for a reply, but haven't gotten one. I kept singing, only to have Ken and his apprentice Ross, a Peridot, come and tell me to shut up for the second time. Once they left Minx came out from behind a corner and came towards the field. "Hey... I like your song. Are you Jack?" She asked me. "You escaped." was the only thing I could say. She stuck her hand through the field. "Of course." I stated, understanding that she was half human and this technology didn't effect her. "Come on!" she said hurriedly. Minx went under the field and made a path for me. "Thank you Minx." I quickly shut my mouth realizing she didn't know me and she didn't tell me her name. "JAAAACK!" Mark yelled from somewhere on the ship. My ears perked up. "Come on." I said as I grabbed Minx's hand. I began running with Minx's hand in mine. "WOOOOOAH" Minx yelled. I didn't realize how fast I was going. I stopped to make sure she was ok. "JACK!" Mark's voice came from across the big room we were standing in. "MARK!" I screamed as we ran to each other. We wrapped each other in the other's embrace. "Did they hurt you?" Mark asked as he searched me for injuries. "No No. Did they hurt you?!" I asked. "Who cares!?' Mark said as tears of joy formed in his eyes. "I do." I stated with a smile. I kissed away his tears. He grabbed my waist and started spinning me.

Minx's POV:

Wow they must be a couple. Cute! Their gems on their palms started glowing. Wait. Rewind. Gems on their palms. Jack. Mark. OMG! They fused and Mack landed on the ground with thud. "Minx! Thank you!" He said. "Mack! Your a fusion?" my eyes lit up as asked the question. "Oh... uh.. Yeah. Sorry we wanted to wait for your birthday." He smiled a guilty smile. "Well... did i make a good first good impression?" I questioned.

"Minx... We already love you."
