Chapter 9: Austin gets caught...again (Tyrone)

"Who am I? Am I losing my cool? Of course not. At least I shouldn't be." Tyrone had been thinking, which is new.

Tyrone was sitting there with Uniqua, the pretty and pink beetle-thingy. He was still a little nervous about the whole Pablo and Tasha affair. Yet, he was having a good time with Uniqua.

"Come on if you had to choose." Tyrone said convincingly.

"Oh, I can't! Both of those are absolutely crazy!" Uniqua said enthusiastically.

"Well I'm a crazy dude." Tyrone gave a subtle wink.

"Did I just wink at Uniqua?" Tyrone asked himself.

"Do you really expect me to choose between going to jail for life or being tortured for a year? Those both won't happen."

"Hey you are a pretty crazy gal. Well your at least pretty." Tyrone said. He couldn't contemplate what he just said. Uniqua blushed. Tyrone could tell Uniqua may be falling for him. I mean who can blame her. Tyrone is a studly, pretty-eyed, charismatic moose. Everyone loves mooses.

Austin was terrified to hear what Tasha will say about this. He didn't know much about flirting, but he knew that what they were doing now, was. I mean, before they were just talking, but now he knew there was something more.

"I'll be right back I'm going to get more apple juice." Uniqua started to get up.

"No, no. I'm the strong and respectful man, I will get you the juice of apple, my lady." Tyrone said as his charming self. In the bush, Austin took out a paper and a pen and wrote on the top, "how to get the ladies" and wrote under it, "be like Tyrone."

As Tyrone walks up his backyard stairs he sees Tyrone's bush move rapidly. Tyrone screamed in fear thinking he would be attacked. He sees a purple head peek out.

"Austin? Is that you?" Tyrone said squinting.

"Um...no. It's me, Aust..in..itoba the..uh...magnificent." Austin froze. Tyrone noticed he wasn't a good liar.

"Austin I know that's you bro! Why are you attempting to lie to me buddy?" Tyrone was confused.

"Is everything ok, Tyrone?" Uniqua interrupted.

"Yep everything's great!" Tyrone responded.

"Austin! Why are you here? Didn't you say you would watch Pablo and Tasha?"

"Well the date ended. So I came to see this one." Austin said.

"This isn't a date!" Tyrone snapped. "It's two friends hanging out. If you hadn't noticed I'm quite popular." Tyrone said boastfully.

"Can I hang with you guys? My mom is on vacation. I was supposed to go with her but she forgot to bring me. She told me she was so sorry and knew she was forgetting something. She just assumed it was her flip flops. She's been gone for two days and I already made improvements to 'Casa de Austin!' I mean-"

"As exhilarating you life story is," Tyrone interrupted, "I should get back to my date-I mean hang out."

"Well if it's a 'date' then you should let me hang with y'all." Austin gave puppy eyes.

"Fine, but check with Uniqua first. I'll be back." Tyrone said walking away from the crazy kangaroo.

"Uniqua! Uniqua!" Tyrone heard in the distance and gave a subtle chuckle. Tyrone poured a cup of apple juice. It was his mama's homemade apple juice.

"Tyrone! Tyrone! Honey why are you making so much noice?" Tyrone's mama came down the stairs.

"How did you hear me? All I did was pick up the cup? You're very talented mama."

"I know. Have fun with your friends!" Mama said.

Tyrone and his mama did their legendary handshake.

"Clap..Clap..fist bump..hip shake..jazz hands!" They said as they did the actions. It ended with finger guns whilst saying,

"Aye!"

As Tyrone walked out, he saw Austin get up.

"I think I'm gonna crash." Austin said with a forced yawn and ran off.

"Well that was weird." Tyrone said whilst sitting down.

"Yeah." Uniqua said with a giggle. Neither saw but Uniqua snagged a kiss from Tyrone. Everyone stood in complete shock. And ofcourse, Tasha witnessed the whole thing and she was enraged.

Austin ran back saying, "Wow. I gotta see this!"
