Chapter 4: The Love Square...Plus Austin (Tasha)

Tasha sat on her comfy bed and started to write in her diary.

"Ok, so earlier was a little crazy because I found out that my new friends live right next door to me! Funny right? I am kinda mad because Pablo's house is between Tyrone and my house. I really like Tyrone and I want to be more than just this. (Cue Jacob Sartorious.) We all went to the purple kangaroo's house. I don't even know his name but he is "part of our group." That was sarcasm. I know, I am very sassy. That is why Tyrone should love me! I have an AMAZING ship name......TYTASHA! I can see that name in lights! We will be the power couple of the universe! Every time Tyrone and I would try to have a conversation Pablo would interrupt! LIKE HONESTLY PABLO!!!!!

Tasha was interrupted when she heard a noise. She looked at the direction where she heard the sound coming from, and then she heard more of it. She walked up to her window and saw that Pablo was throwing pebbles at her window.

Tasha was very annoyed that Pablo was doing this. She opened her window and yelled, "What are you doing?"

Pablo then got secretive, "Uh, well, I just wanted to ask you something."

"Couldn't you have walked up to my house and come in to ask me?" Tasha asked.

"I could've, but I got nervous."

"Why?"

"Nothing. Nevermind. Forget I said anything," Pablo closed his window and walked away.

Tasha was confused why he bothered her to not tell her anything at all, but she too closed her window.

It was the next day at school and Tasha was still a little mad at Pablo but she did not show it. Her anger faded away quickly when she say Tyrone.

"Hi!" Tasha said with joy.

"Hey!" Tyrone said.

"Are you confident about the project?" Tasha asked.

"Kinda," he said.

The conversation got awkward.

"Well lets go to class," Tasha said.

"Yeah," Tyrone said.

Before Tasha and Tyrone could even walk in the door of the Kindergarten classroom Pablo stopped Tasha and said, "Um, hey, Tasha can I ask you something?"

"Sure," Tasha said.

"Well um...."

Pablo had a loss of words but he pulled it together and continued to talk to Tasha.

"The first time I saw you I had a huge crush on you," Pablo said.

Tasha was shocked at what she was hearing but she continued to listen.

"You are a pretty, smart, and funny person and I love to be around you all the time," Pablo said.

Tyrone knew what was going to happen next so he just walked away.

"Will you go out with me?"

Tasha froze. She didn't know what to say. Yeah, Pablo was nice and all, but she liked Tyrone. Tasha saw that Pablo was the popular kid in school. Everyone wanted to be his friend. It was like he was famous or something like that. Tasha wanted to be popular, so she said, "Yes."

"Really?" Pablo was very surprised.

"Yes," Tasha said.

"Yay!" Pablo screamed.

Everyone looked at Pablo and wondered why he screamed. Pablo pretended like nothing happened so he put on his shades and walked to class.

After class it was time for lunch. Tasha didn't know what to tell her friends about her and Pablo dating. What Tasha really wanted to know is how Tyrone felt about it. Would he be happy? Sad? Angry? Depressed? Excited? Tasha had no clue but it was time to find out.
