B: "what do you mean"
Z: "don't you feel it?"
Hale: "feel what?"
Z: "the shaking, the shaking don't you feel it, guys we have to leave now, grab your stuff"Although none of us felt it we quickly got our stuff and now that the inside walls were down, we left the building.
Or at least we tried to, all of us could, except Hale.
He was literally somehow stuck to the floor. Then we all felt what Zelda felt, the tremors in the ground were growing, Hale wouldn't be safe inside for long. We threw our stuff aside, me being the only one willing to go into the shaking building.
I tugged on him the building we could both tell was going to go down in seconds.B: "Hale come on, come on Hale" my voice cracked as I got worried
I knew I wasn't leaving that building without him.
Then it happened, I started glowing, bright red as I held on to Hale. I could see his face grimace as the patterns of my hands were burned into his skin. Ashy black burns. His feet came loose from the floor finally and we ran, we stopped a ways away from our friends though.
I was frozen in fear, I hurt him, I hurt Hale, he looked at his arms noticing what I had left on him. As he looked up at me with betrayal in his eyes, a piece of me died.
B: "Hale...I'm sorry" I said almost indifferently as I stepped away from him not wanting to hurt him again.
For the first time, I feared whatever fire was inside of me, it betrayed me. I stood there, but Hale left me, went to talks to the others. I just stood there, looking at my hands, now stained black from the burns I left on his skin. Then I ran.
