We all woke to the sounds of screams and more flashes of faces like ours in pain. After a few minutes it stopped there was silence for a while until we all decided to talk see if we could put together some of the faces or clues, figure out anything as to how to help them. This barren wasteland wouldn't be bad other than the fact we could do nothing to help each other, there wasn't much other than food and water and sand.
B: We need to leave. We need to save them
H: We have no way out Blaze I want to save them too but there's nothing but sand and ocean for miles and miles.Turns out X-Ray kid has a name, it's Solar. He yelled this to us as he walked over.
S: That actually may not be true, I've still been learning my powers I only got them the day before we arrived. Turns out there's a lot more than X-Ray vision, I can see heat signatures, night vision and a ton of others. This morning I stumbled upon something.
Hale and I held our gaze watching Solar intently. He was small like me, black stuffy hair and pale skin, he was skinny and had a soft face like he shouldn't be here. He's too innocent to be here.
S: I uh..
He ruffled his hair nervously
S: I think I might have found a way out, but I don't know where it goes.
My eyes widened at this, a way out but to where, and would it be any better if safer than here? Probably not.
B: How? Where?
S: That's the thing.
My eyes followed his hand to where he pointed far out into the ocean.
S: I can see a tunnel it ends at some point, but the ending isn't back here it's away.
I turned to Hale who was already making a face at Solar, a "why did you say that in front of her" face. He could tell I wanted to try the tunnel and he didn't like the idea.
H: Blaze no.
B: Blaze yes.
H: Absolutely not.
B: We have a chance out of here Hale. Me and Sol can go test it outSolar gave me a face that said two things, one he seemed to appreciate the nickname and two, swimming far out into the ocean and diving into a hole he had little knowledge about was not something he wanted to do.
B: You don't have to go in the hole, I just want you to swim out there with me so your vision may be able to see more into the hole before I dive in.
H: Absolutely not Blaze.
B: Hale I've trained just as much and as hard as you. I'm the only one of us that went in that forrest and came out safe every time. I have my powers so I'm more capable of defending myself than any-I was cut off
Zelda: Actually you're not. Your powers may harm you in the ocean, I should be the one to go, I'll be safest.
I hated the idea of Zelda going out there, I loved her and I couldn't bare to lose the person I viewed as my only sister. Nevertheless, she was right, her water powers were more suited for ocean travel, she's also too stubborn for me to say no.
B: Fine. But you need to prepare first. You need to train your water powers.
