Nico's POV

Percy is here. He is sitting in front of me. He is talking, smiling, and laughing. I'm overwhelmed with joy.

"Percy."

"Yes angel?"

"I love you!"

"I love you more!"

"Nuh-uh I do!" I loved him and he loved me and we both knew it. I couldn't believe Percy is here.

"Do you wanna go for a swim?" Percy asked happily. I knew the son of Poseidon loved to swim and his baby seal eyes were hard to resist.

"Perce none of us have bathing suits," I used my soft voice trying not to upset him.

"We don't need bathing suits," Alex chimed in.

"Yea Neeks!"

"Alright come on..." I couldn't resist them both looking at me like that. We ran down the beach trying all fully dressed and hopped in the ocean.

I splashed Percy playfully, but since he was a son of Poseidon it didn't effect him. So I splashed Lexi instead. She was soaked and she gave me a death glare.

I turned around for one second. Someone tapped my shoulder.

"Neeks, turn around..." Percy's voice took over my thoughts. I turned around to see a sexy Percy holding a water rose. "Here Neeks!" I heard Lexi laugh but I couldn't think of a reason why. He handed the rose to me and I was busy studying the details when a ginormous tsunami of water hit my back knocking me over. When I resurfaced I glared at Percy who was giving me a 'I didn't do anything look.'

"Very funny Jackson!!!" I laughed tackling him in the salty water. He planted a kiss on my lips and I wasn't mad at him any longer. Well I wasn't that mad to begin with.

Percy's POV

I watched my little Nico laugh and play around in the waves and couldn't help but smile. He was my everything and I had him back for a little while. I knew I had to go back soon but I wouldn't let it ruin anybody's day.

"Nico," I taunted, "I bet I could beat you to the towels."

"No way..." he taunted back and he started running back to shore I ran after him and we both got there at the same time.

"Darn I really thought I was going to win!" I whined jokingly.4

"We all know if you didn't have the water powers that energize you I would have totally won," Nico teased me.

"Bitch please, I am definitely faster then you..."

"Keep telling yourself that Jackson."

"You grumpy shit come here and let me hug you!"

"Only because I love you!" He embraced me in a wet hug and I used my powers to dry him off.

"Soooo warm," Nico's voice came out muffled by my chest, "you're like  a personal heater!

"Don't get used to it DiAngelo." I felt my shirt begin to grow wet and realized my baby was crying.

"Shhh, baby don't cry. I know. I know."

"Percy, I missed you so much and I-"

"I know baby. Don't think about it. I love you okay?"

"I love you too," he wiped his tears and smiled.

"Hey guys! Sorry it took me so long to get back. Someone from school stopped to say hi." both me and Nico turned to see Lexi soaked head to toe with salt water. "Hey how did you two get dry so fast?"

"Come here and give me a hug." I said holding my arms open. It was faster when it was a hug.

"Uh... ok," Lexi hesitated. She walked into my arms and hugged me and I quickly dried her off and we let go.

"Perks of being a Poseidon kid," I smirked at her while she admired my handy work.

Nico's POV

The sun began to go down and I knew what I had to do. Alex went home so me and Percy walked along the beach. We held hands and kissed and did every thing we hadn't gotten to do while Perce was away.

It kept getting darker and darker and I kept getting sadder and sadder.

"Percy, I don't want you to leave," I pleaded even though I knew there was no other way.

"Nico, I love you so much. I love you more than anything or anybody. I wish I could stay. I wish we could be together forever, but life is life and death is death." I knew I was crying already but I could barely notice. I was completely silent. "Nico please don't cry it break my heart... baby." Percy was crying too. We stood at the edge of the water holding each other crying.

The waves were pulling him back. I knew what I needed to do. I pushed him forward and let the waves drag me. I heard him screaming. I saw him try to pull me out. It was too late. I was being taken. I felt heartbroken that I was hurting my Percy but I wasn't scared to leave the world.

"Percy, I love you-"

"NOOOOO Nico No don't say it like that... Don't say it so calm...." he was screaming and crying.

"Percy," tears were flowing down my face but you wouldn't know I was crying if you weren't looking at me, "I love you. I always have and I always will. You mean the world to me and I want you to keep living. Keep being happy. Keep loving all the people you love. Find someone who loves you as much as I do. Have a family. Everybody misses you Percy. You are a hero. You have so much to live for... a WHOLE CAMP full of people who look up to you. Annabeth. Sally. Paul. Jason. Piper. Chiron. Grover. Hazel. So many people. I've lived my life. I've done everything I needed to do. My mom and Bianca. They're waiting for me. I feel it. Live life to the fullest Percy for me... for YOU. Please don't forget me. I love you Percy don't forget." The world began to fade around me.

"No Nico NO. I need you. Hazel needs you. All our friends need you. I love you so damn much. Please don't leave me. I love you baby... I love you more than anything. I could never forget yout. I will never forget you."

The world faded to black...
