Nico's POV
Alex was petting the sleeping mountain that was Mrs. O'Leary while we chatted about Camp Half-Blood.
It was about noon when I noticed a familiar figure in the water. I didn't recognize the person at first glance, but when I realized who it was, tears of happiness were streaming down my face and I started to get up.
"Where are you going? Are you okay Nico?" Alex looked genuinely concerned. I didn't speak but just nodded and ran towards...
"PERCY!"
"Nico?"
I ran and hugged him. his reassuring arms wrapped around me and I cried more into his shoulder I didn't care about all of the people staring at us as Percy twirled me around like a child. I giggled and cried and I smiled the widest smile anyone could have ever seen.
"Nico I missed you so much..." I cut Percy off with an affectionate kiss. The taste of his mouth lingered on mine as I pulled back and smiled more at him.
He smiled warmly at me while he set me down. For some reason I couldn't stop crying (happy tears of course) so he swiped his thumbs over my tear streaked cheek wiping my tears away. I hugged him tightly again as he laughed at me.
I forgot everything in that moment, but it dawned on me that Alex was still back there with Mrs. O'Leary. I have to introduce them to each other. I feel so bad for leaving Alex for no reason, but I'm also really happy.
"Perce, I have a friend I want you to meet that is here with me. I... I h-hope you'll like each other and-"
"Neeks, I'm sure I like this mystery person just fine." Percy laughed at my nervousness so I punched him on the shoulder.
Percy's POV
My little angel pulled me along through beach towels and umbrellas before we reached a section with two beach towels, a petite strawberry blonde girl, and a large heap of fur.
The heap of fur stirred out of it's sleeping state and I recognized it immediately as Mrs. O' Leary my Hell-hound friend from Camp Half-Blood!
"Mrs. O'Leary is here? Aww come here girl..." I was attacked by the hell-hound and she began licking my face. Slobber was everywhere. Gross. "Okay girl I think you got me pretty good!"
She jumped off of me and I heard two people laughing. I smiled at the sound and was greeted again by a face I didn't recognize.
"Neeky, who is this attractive human sitting in front of me?" a high-pitched sweet voice asked my boyfriend.
"Well um this is..."
"Hi I'm Percy Jackson, Nico's boyfriend. And umm... you are?" I asked her curiously.
"Oh um I'm Alexis but my friends call me Alex and Nico is my friend." Alex gave me a beautiful smile holding her slender hand out for a handshake. I shook her hand giving a big smile back at her. "Okay, um not to be rude or anything but... NICO YOU DIDN'T TELL ME YOU WERE GAY????"
"I'm sorry I just..." Nico began.
"You didn't know he as gay? Nico is the gayest if the gay. He's as straight as a rainbow slinky. Haha." I joked looking at Nico blushing furiously at the ground.
"Your not so straight either Jackson." he punched my arm playfully and I pulled his arm so that he was in my lap. I hugged him from behind and nibbled his ear teasingly.
"I never said I was Di Angelo." I said blowing the hairs along his neck making him erupt in shivers. He leaned back into me resting his head on my shoulders looking at my face. I smiled at hi, and planted a kiss on his delicious lips. I smiled into the kiss thinking one thing only. I am the luckiest man alive to be able to call this gorgeous angel mine.
