i sat at the table in my jammies with a throbbing headache and a horrible hangover and all i could hear was the sound of my parents lecturing me.

i placed my hands up to my ears and closed my eyes while whispering, "you dont have to be so loud."

"well we do when you sneak out on a wednesday night to go to some 'party' and you got drunk! and high! and a boy brought you home at 7 am this morning??? are you out of your goddamned mind??" my dad yelled.

"im 17!!! not 10 please leave me alone!" i groaned.

"oh yeah young lady youre grounded for at least a month."

i carried myself upstairs and got comfy in my bed before checking my phone for the first time since before the party.

i locked my phone and removed my shirt as i got into the hot shower to get rid of this hangover.

the steam filled my mirror and i got in and washed my hair and body.

i mustve been in there for an hour because i had 19 imessages by the time i got out.
