Derek's POV:

" Derek i'm tired can we go home? " Kylie yawned

" Sure " I drove both of us home

Kylie was passed our asleep in her car seat by the time we got back to the apartment. I carried her up to the apartment and laid her down in her bed then kissed the top of her forehead. I walked back out of her room and laid on the couch watching some tv. About a half hour later there was knocking on the door.

I opened the door and " What do you want? " I sighed

" Just to talk to you that's all " He smiled

" Not up for your crap right now Justin" I tried closing the door shut

" Come on don't be like that , let me come in please" I opened the door

" Nice place you got here " He looked around " This your daughter? " He stared at a picture of Kylie

" No that's my baby sister , who is asleep right now so keep it down ok" Justin nodded

" How did you find out where I lived? " I hissed

" I inserted your liscence plate number in the DMV computer and got it. " Justin chuckled

" How did you do that? " I asked shocked

" My cousin is Jack Daniels and you have one of his cars so I copied it down and tracked you " I glared at him

" What are you gonna do stalk me? "

" No but from the past couple of hours I started to miss you badly " I scoffed

" Dude not interested and that's the only time i'm telling you that " I hissed lowly

" No you are I can tell by the hatred you're starting to build up against me" Justin whispered in my ear seductively

" Stop Justin no ok , my sister actually likes you and I wouldn't date you even if I wanted to so that I don't upset her"I backed away

" I like you though Derek come on just give me a chance please? " He begged

" No Justin ask all you want the answers still no " I folded my arms

" I'm going to do whatever it takes to get you in my arms , so I can call you mine. I'll even die trying if I have to Derek , I will have you " He whispered again seductively in my ear

" Whatever just stop talking to me in a seductive voice ok " I hissed

Justin pressed our bodies together but harder this time " I'm not doing this with you Justin , it will never happen "

" Fine whatever but like I said , I will have you no matter what. " He winked then left

" Derek who was that? " Kylie rubbed her eyes

" Just a neighbor he needed to borrow some sugar so I gave him some that's all. How about you go and take another nap then after we can watch the spongebob movie with popcorn and some cokes " Kylie walked back into her room.
