Chapter 10

Sayuri's POV

Yesterday was really tiring.

We walked around the city for hours.

When we got home it was around 2 in the morning!

All my limbs hurt. I can't even stand up straight.

"So this is all you're going to need?" asked Miko.

"Yes, but I can still go Miko." she shook her head.

"You need to rest. Tomorrow you have to go to work and you need to feel 100 percent. I told you we could wait another day to walk around the city, but you just wouldn't listen." I sighed.

"Its not like I'm severely injured Miko." she crosses her arms and raises an eyebrow.

"We're suppose to take care of you Sayuri, so you will obey me." she kissed my forehead and I huffed. "We'll be back in an hour or two call if anything ok." I nodded not looking at her.

I didn't say anything when she left closing the door gently behind her.

These 3 are way to protective over me I swear.

After a couple minutes of silence I opened my drawer and got some pain pills out.

Luckily Miko brought me water when she came to say bye.

Taking the medicine I heard my phone ring.

"Hello?" I asked.

"Sayu! Can you PLEASE come with me to a fancy party on Thanksgiving! Please! You can bring your family with you too!!" I grimaced at his loud voice.

"Can you lower your voice Naruto please."

"Oops. Sorry. Hehe. Will you though?" I thought for a minute.

I was already going to spend it with Hiro and them, but they'll have their own family over...

I won't be needed here on that day anyway. Besides I've spent all the other holidays with them. Maybe spending it with Naruto won't be so bad.

"Ok... What time and where?"

"Don't worry about where I'll pick you up on Thursday at 7!" before I could say anything he hung up.

We'll I don't have to worry on what to wear. The day Sakura and the girls took me shopping they picked out so many dresses for me.

He said it was a fancy party so I have to be all dolled up.

Great...

I decided to take a short nap. Since I had absolutely nothing to do.

Naruto's POV

"Who was that?" asked Kiba.

"It was Sayu."

"What did she say?!" I noticed Sasuke was paying attention to the conversation as well.

"I asked her to the party Sasuke's parents are throwing on Thursday!" I said happily.

Kiba didn't seem happy and neither did Sasuke.

"Naruto! I was suppose to be going with her to that party not you." I grinned.

"Too late I asked her first!"

"Did she even say yes?" said Shikamaru.

"I bet she didn't." smirked Kiba.

"Actually she did." Kiba's smirk disappeared, and Sasuke stood up. "Uh Sasuke where are you going?" He glared at me.
