Miss Oblivious

CHAPTER 9

Every one of us were already in our swimwear, ready to start a day at the beach, but we had lunch first of course! I mean who would go and do things with an empty stomach right?! So after lunch our day has officially began. All the girls were in a two piece except for Mandy she was in a rush guard, the boys on the other hand were in their shorts and yes they were all shirtless. Janelle smirked when she saw Zach, she went near him and flirted with him which made him blush. I guess, he's still not yet used to Janelle flirting at him. I giggled at the sight and saw Raziel looking at me dumbstruck, I smiled and went near him.

"Hey Zizie!!! Let's play volleyball you're on my team with Anne!" I said and dragged Raziel with me towards the court where Jamie, Annie and Neville were waiting. Neville is actually smirking of how I was holding Raziel on his arm. "I'm here and Zizie's on my team!"

"Alright, let the volleyball game begin!" Neville shouted and bounced the volleyball. Everyone cheered as we started the games. Each one of us are pumped to play and beating other people's ass.

"You're going down Ames!!" Jamie shouted smirking. I rolled my eyes and stick my tongue out. Jamie and I are always competitive against each other but oh well, this is where the fun always starts.

"Not if I beat you first Jamie!!" I shouted back. Oh I will definitely beat their ass.

The game started and it was great, everybody was having fun already. And WE WON!!!! Wooooooh!! Take that Jamie wahahahahah!!! I was mocking her that we won, I guess she got annoyed because she started chasing after me.

"Get back here Ames!!!!" the moment Jamie said this I started running for my life. Bruh, she can run so fast.

"NEVER!!!!" I screeched and ran towards Raziel, I think he is the only one who can help. "Raziel help me please!!"

He looked over to Jamie then me, I gave him my cutest and most irresistible puppy dog face. The next thing I knew was Raziel carrying me bridal style away from Jamie. I turned to Jamie and gave her my victorious face. I was laughing in a weird way because I was bouncing while Raziel is carrying me.

"That's cheating Amber!" She said still chasing me. Raziel and I ran towards the pool area of the resort. I don't have a full glimpse of it though but I know it's beautiful.

"No one said anything!" I retorted and gave her a raspberry and laugh. "Are you okay with carrying me Zizie? I'm not too heavy right?"

"Not at all Ames, you're as light as a feather." He replied and gave me his cute smile, I smiled back. "And I'm so sorry to do this one but I feel like I have to."

I gave him a confused look while he was slightly smirking at me, the next thing I knew was Raziel dropping me in the water. A loud splash was heard, and everyone was looking as if to know what happened. The moment I felt the water hit me, I screamed 'bloody murder!' on top of my lungs. Everyone laughed at my misfortune and I saw Neville taking a video and giving Raziel a thumbs up while laughing his ass off. I swear I would get back at him one day!

I glared at Raziel who gave me an apologetic face, but he shouldn't get away with this easily. He must suffer! As if a light bulb appeared on top of my head, I smirked at my plan and looked up at him. He was still near the pool, laughing at my current state. Without further or do, I immediately grabbed him to the water with me. I smiled in victory as I see him getting outbalanced and plunged in to the water.

"Oh shi--," He didn't get to finish his sentence when he was completely submerged in the water. I laughed at him when he went up. He shook his head as if to let the water wash out from his head. He ran his fingers through his hair and looked at me. I'm completely frozen on the spot because honestly, he look so good when he did it but I immediately shook that thought. "I think deserved that."

I gave him a raspberry and laughed at him. He splashed a water on my face and gave me a raspberry, mocking me.

I then proceed to manipulate everyone to join us, we were then having a splash fight. The only one who didn't join though was Victor, I smirked and told Annie to push Victor in the water. She smirked and nodded, she went out of the pool and went to Victor, I was grinning in the water while waiting for our plan to take action. Raziel went near me and asked me what I was doing I just shushed him and motioned him to wait. He still looked confused that was until we heard a loud splash and saw Victor and Annie at the poolside.

"The fck!" Victor said removing his wet glasses and looking at Annie who was right beside him. Well you see he wouldn't listen to her so she did what she had to do, drag him and take him with her in the water. They are so OTP!!! "Why the hell would you do that Annie?"

"You have to have fun with us once in a while Victor and stop putting your attention to your game, and give your attention to something else." Annie said and poked Victor's nose while giggling.

Victor looked annoyed but nodded, so we all played around the pool doing whatever you can do when you're in a pool and junk. We had so much fun together we didn't notice that night time has arrived. So we had to cut our day short, awe... but the good news is we're gonna eat dinner already so like FOOD!!!!

We were having dinner with Raziel's parents so we wouldn't want to be there soaking wet, so we went back to our rooms and changed. I was wearing my red and black striped long sleeve shirt and shorts with my favourite red converse and my hair was in a ponytail. After everybody has changed into casual wear we went to the dining area where Rosella and Dante were already waiting.

"We are so sorry to keep you waiting Miss Rosella and Mr Dante, I guess it took us more time to dress up." I said bowing a bit and everybody else nodded. Both looked at me in acknowledgement and smiled at me sweetly.

"Oh it is alright my dear, we actually just arrived also. And no need for the formalities Amber you may just call us Rosella and Dante okay?" Rosella said smiling at me, I nodded and smiled back. "Well don't just stand there come and sit with us."

Everybody then proceeds to grab a seat, I was seated between Raziel and Anne. I looked at the food and started drooling, it was practically a food set for royalty. I looked over at Anne who had the same look as me, everybody else were just shocked with the amount of food that was on the table. Rosella giggled at our faces.

"Alright everybody dig in!" Dante said, at that point everybody started placing a lot of food on their plate. Well mostly me and Anne.

I was munching on a shrimp, it was so delicious!!! I had no care in the world and kept on eating and eating as if I didn't eat anything at all, then I felt someone tap me on the shoulder. I looked over to the person with my mouth full, it was Raziel, and I gave him a look.

"You have something on your face there Amber." He said then he proceeds to take a table napkin and wiped the stray food on my face. "There you go."

I gulped all the food in my mouth and gave him a thankful smile, then of course continued eating. Rosella was looking at us and smiled sweetly, then made a face, you know that face people make when they remember something. Yah that face!

"I totally forget to tell you this Raziel!" She said and clasped her hands together.

"What is it mom?" He asked and gave a confused look.

"Well you see we got a message from a good friend of yours!!" She squealed while Dante was trying to calm her down. "Felicia is here!!"

"What?"

"Raziel!!" A female voice shrieked, the moment we looked back we saw a girl running towards Raziel and hugged him. "I miss you so much!!"

"Felicia!" He said shocked, I stared at her, she has brown curly hair, tannish skin and pinkish lips. She's the epitome of perfection. She's wearing a pink Sunday dress with black heels. "You're here?"

"Yes!" then she proceeds to caress her delicate finger across his shoulder to his chest. Um this is girl is touchy. Ehem! Then she looks over to the rest of us. "Oh you must be Raziel's friends? Well then I must introduce myself. I am Felicia Monte Carlo, nice to meet you."

Why do I have a bad feeling about this?
