Miss Oblivious

CHAPTER 10

So we all introduce ourselves to miss perfect, uh I mean Felicia, I didn't mind the company so while they were introducing I just started eating again and didn't give a flying fck with what was happening. As long as I can eat I don't care about anything. I then felt a tap on my shoulder and saw Anne shaking her head towards Felicia, I immediately swallowed my food.

"Hi I'm Amber Fernandez, nice to meet you Felicia." I said raising my hands for her to shake, she gave me a weird look but shake my hand anyways and nodded. "So are you staying with us? Because we have two rooms that can still have an extra person."

"Oh no need, I have my own room here." She replied while flipping her hair and sat down with us, the only seat left was beside Nancy so she sat there, but it was obvious in her face that she wanted to seat right next to Raziel. She's an open book like me because you could immediately see the evident anger and jealousy on her face. I didn't mind her and continued eating.

After everyone was done eating we said our good nights to Raziel's parents and we all went to the living room first, everybody was still talking and all that, and then Janelle and Zach went near me.

"Hey Ames, let's go to our rooms and like have a movie marathon!!" Janelle said and held onto Zach's arm, "You wouldn't mind that would you Zachy?" She said with a wink.

"Nope not at all. As long as you're all mine tomorrow!" He replied winking at her, she then giggled at him and flirted back. I gagged at their affection. I mean how could do this in front of me? I stomped my foot on the ground.

"NO PDA!!!" I screeched and pushed their face away from each other, they looked at me and laughed as if I'm an adorable puppy. "Why are you laughing!??!" My face became redder than before.

"No need to be so bitter Ames." Janelle said pinching my cheeks, and Zach ruffled my hair making it messier than it already is. I feel like I'm short even though I'm taller than Janelle. Again please don't tell her I said that.

"STAHP!!!" I flailed my arms around to stop them from doing more of those pinching and whatever else, I started running away from them and hid behind Raziel, he can be useful sometimes if Anne is not here. "Leave me alone!"

"It's okay Ames, they weren't following you anymore." He said and patted my hair and smiled. I sighed contently because it surprisingly feels good. At the corner of my eye I could see Felicia glaring at me, I didn't know why so I just shrugged it off. But why is she glaring like that?

I let out a sigh of relief and stopped hiding, I grinned at Raziel and he chuckled. I then looked around to look for Anne, cause you know were going to have a movie marathon duh. When I did spot her, I saw her talking with Felicia for a bit, then she went over to me.

"What was that about Anne?" I asked her.

"I'll tell you later, you look like you wanted to tell me something. I'm here now so what is it?" Anne said and smiled, I nodded and told her about the movie marathon that we're going to have. "I see sure that would be fun!"

I asked the other girls if they wanted to join but they would either want to have their beauty sleep or they just weren't in the mood to watch a movie and just fall asleep. Humph kill joys! So we said our god nights to everyone and we went to our shared room, Janelle took out her laptop and plugged in her USB filled with movies from horror ones to romantic comedies.

We all agreed to horror movie marathon, okay first of all I am a scaredy cat when it comes to horror films, but you know what YOLO!!! So we wore our onesies, mine was a dragon, Anne's was a unicorn and Janelle's was a cat, but before the movie began I looked at Anne and motioned her to tell me what happened a while ago.

"Well I was just laughing at Neville and Mandy when Felicia went near me and asked questions about you and Raziel. I raised an eyebrow at her and asked why she wanted to know this, she said she was curious because you both were so close. So I told her that we were all close to him equally. That's all."

"I see, well let's just forget about it and let's start the marathon!" All of us cheered and started the movie.

So we started with paranormal activity, Janelle and Anne were focused on the movie and I was zoning out. Why would Felicia ask something like that? I mean I did nothing wrong! I was just doing what I would normally do with Raziel, there is nothing wrong with that, right?

I was snapped out of my thoughts when both Anne and Janelle screamed and I was not paying attention so I screamed as well. One by one people started running towards our shared room, with worried faces.

"Are you guys alright?!!" Raziel asked and went near us.

"What happened?!" Keslie asked worried.

"Yeah you guys suddenly screamed!!" Victor said.

The three of us had red faces embarrassed of what happened, I scratched my head and laughed awkwardly while looking at all of them.

"Well?!" Felicia asked annoyed and angry for the fact she was woken up by our screams. We were about to answer her when Zach went inside.

"So you decided to have a horror movie marathon huh?" Zach said and we all nodded shyly.

"Dude not cool!" Neville said groaning.

"Why would you think it's a good idea to watch a horror movie at night?" Mandy said crossing her arms.

"Yeah guys!" Jamie said.

"I mean it's cool and all but there are others who are trying to sleep yah know." Macy added.

We all hung our head and said sorry to everyone, they sighed but smiled and told us they forgive us, but we should change our movie choice. We agreed, then they said their good byes and nights and went back to their respective rooms.

"I guess we woke them up." I said hugging my teddy bear.

"No shit Sherlock." Janelle said and flicked my forehead which hurt!

"Ow! Don't do that Jane!" I said rubbing my forehead she rolled her eyes and changed the film into a romance one.

"I guess no more horror movies for a while." Anne said and we all nodded and watched the new film.

It was the cliché one, you know the one with the boy and the girl they meet, and then the boy has a fiancé that he has to marry. The girl can't do anything and all that, then at the end they end up together. Yay! It would have been better if it was an animated film I might have enjoyed it more, they finished the film and wanted to watch another one.

I didn't watch anymore because I felt sleepy, so I went to bed first. By the way we are all on the floor watching this okay? I mean it would feel like we were right at home. Plus we can sleep together and that's fun! Like we are having a sleepover, the only thing is we were in neither of our houses and we were on vacation so yah! FUN!!

The week flew by so fast, we only have one week left and back to school we go. UGH!!!! Nooooooooooo!! The thing I keep on noticing though is that whenever Raziel wanted to hang out or talk to me Felicia comes out of nowhere and ask for him whether it be for help or other things. I didn't mind though they were childhood friends so like this is a normal situation for both of them. So right at this moment we were at the resort, Raziel thought it would be a good idea to see the resort. We all agreed, I mean it was just a walking distance like literally.

So everybody went inside, I told them I would just wait by at the gazebo, I didn't want to be a KJ but I just want to sit down and draw. If you want to know why the hell I have this, well I always bring them I love to draw and write stories. It's kind of like my thing. I found the perfect spot to stay and started drawing whatever pops up into my head, I was sketching the beachside with a smile on my face.

"This place is so beautiful." I said and took a deep breathe then let out a relaxed sigh. "This is the life."

I continued drawing when I felt a tap on my shoulder, I didn't mind it at first but then the mysterious person poked my side. I gave out a loud shriek and immediately glared at the person, but the moment I saw the victorious smile of the person I gave out a loud gasp.
