Mishiga was in his room, curled up into a ball as he cried, still mourning for his friend's death.
It was two days after his friend's death and Maxs' parents had comforted him it wasn't his fault.
The men who had appeared during the concert had been arrested and sentenced imprisonment for life, for all the crimes they had commited.
Mishiga then heard a knock at his door as he went towards it, he was not shocked at all as it was IA.
"I heard from Maxs' parents that you live here," she said, with softness in her tone.
"Make it quick," he said, his arms crossed across his chest.
"Well, we Vocaloids thought that having you as a Vocaloid like us might have some benefits," she continued."For you people. Not me," he said, but he didn't close the door.
"I know you can sing very well too, Mishiga," she said, which made him sigh."What're the conditions?" He asked, as his gaze softened into a more friendlier kind.
"Well, there's not much. We just want you to join the Vocaloids because of what you did to us a couple of days ago," she replied, smiling brightly, which for some odd reason, made him blush and looked away.
"Give me some time. I'll think about it," he said, as he then looked at her again.
She nodded as she then walked away, as Mishiga then closed the doors. He sighed out of guilt.
"If only you were here, Max...you would've helped me with this," he muttered, as he shook his head.
"The past is the past. Focus on your future, even if it's for the better or the worst...wait, then if I shouldn't focus on the past, how could I even managed to pass all those tests?" He muttered again, realising that...he is also stupid as f***.
Next day
Mishiga was in a car, with IA beside her, as the driver drove them towards...well a secret place.
"I'm surprise you agreed," she said, looking at Mishiga, who was staring outside the window.
"What? You think a sloth like me would be giving the opportunity away to someone else? No," he replied, which his supposed answer was actually:
'Yes. A sloth like me would love to either pass it away to someone else or not accept it at all,' but he did not say that.
"Huh..." IA then tugged at his sleeves. When Mishiga looked at her, she had curiousity in her eyes.
"So Mishiga Shire...I want to know you better," she said, as Mishiga blushed slightly and looked away.
"Why?" He asked, his face returning to a plain face, which made her pout.
He sighed. "Fine. My full name is Mishiga Shire. I am 16 years old, I like the colour orange, my only friend was Max, my parents died in a car accident and my sister is abroad. That's all," he said as he looked away.
"Aww," she then pouted again. "Tell me more~!!" She said childishly.
"No," Mishiga replied coldly.__________________________________
