Weeks later
"Hey! Let's hurry up and get ready for our concert!" Miku said, looking a little bit panicked.
Everyone was running around everywhere, trying to find what to wear, what to do, etc.
Mishiga had not appeared into the Vocaloid Manor, and he was never seen anywhere in the town. IA had moved on, however.
"Let's go let's go!!" Kaito yelled out when all of them were ready as all of them went into the bus that was right outside the manor that were to take them to their stage show.
Time skip
"Everyone go go go!!" Gakupo yelled as one by one stepped out of the bus.
"What time is it anyway?!" Una groaned out as she flopped out, her eel-hat was seen with a 'tired' facial looks.
"Oh wait..." Kaito looked at the watch nearby. "We only have one hour left before the concert starts," he said, chuckling as most then anime fell, the remainder sighed.
Time skip
"Okay! Everyone's ready?!" Len and Rin asked every spectator in the stage and they all instantly yelled put of excitement, as they began their performance.
Unbeknownst to them, there was a boy at the front, and although his face was unknown, he was wearing a dull orange jacket with the hoodie on his head.
That was when Rin and Len realised who that was but they continued to perform, as the boy backed away from the crowds of spectators.
When the Kagamines had ended their performance, it was Miku's turn, and the Kagamines told them about the boy with the hoodie.
That was when Gakupo, Kaito and IA took action and went to the outside of the stage to look for him.
They then spotted that same boy, with the hoodie on, as Gakupo suddenly tackled the boy and IA and Kaito restraint his arms and legs.
The boy, knowing he has no other option, sighed.
"What is it?" He asked."Please come back to us! We miss you," Kaito said, and the boy instantly said, "no."
"Why not?!!!"
"Because I'm too much of a burden for you all."
"Just because of that?!! You were a benefit than a burden! Don't you understand that everyone misses you?!!"
The boy instantly went silent, realising this to himself, he was never a burden. He was never an outcast. Lastly, he was always a Vocaloid with them.
The others then got off of him and let go of him.
"Forget it," Kaito said as he and the others walked back into the stage. The boy, looked at the trio, the hood now off. Mishiga's face was still the same, except he was wearing a pair of black rimmed oval glasses.
He then stood up. "There's only one thing I can do...."
Slight time skip
Gakupo and Luka took a bow to the spectators as they all cheered for them.
"Okay everyone. Did you also know that we actually have a new Vocaloid as well? It's not Una, alright?" Luka said.
Una had already performed with 'Hate it! Hate it! Huge Ego!' so she didn't feel offended by it.
The spectators looked at each other, not knowing.
"Alright! Give some applause as he will sing Ikirouta!" Gakupo yelled out as the lights slowly went out.Suddenly, the top light focuses onto a boy with orange hair, a pair of orange eyes, a bright orange jacket, brown pants and brown boots, holding onto a brown and orange bass as he played the bass and sang the song.
"Wow. Didn't know Kaito could sound exactly like Mishiga," Flower said, impressed, before Kaito appeared.
"Sorry what is it? Who's singing?" He asked and others looked at him in disbelief for a few seconds before realising it was Mishiga. He had returned to them.
The spectators actually cheered for him, as he finished the song as the spectators then yelled out, "two more!"
Mishiga nods and used a behind hand signal to them meaning '-error'.
The others nodded and started that song. Mishiga took a deep breath as he reminiscent all the events that happened during the Vocaloid Mansion as he then sang.
Unbeknownst to him, he was slowly crying, showing his emotions but he continued singing.
When the song was over he heard, 'final song!' from the spectators and suddenly, he sang 'Close to You'.
When he sang it however, he was crying a lot more, as he reminiscent his moments with Max during his times with him.
He then heard more and more of the Vocaloid's voices as he then looked back, and saw that they were also singing, yet crying as well.
He then looked back to the spectators and sang to his hearts content to the song.
When the song ended, he looked at the spectators and realised most, if not, all were crying and sobbing.
He then looked beside him and saw Max's spirit, who was smiling at him as it actually cried as well.
He then heard him say, "thank you, Mishiga. You are my true friend," before he slowly dissappeared.
Mishiga had also realised, he wasn't just himself. He was a part of Max's life, the Vocaloid's life, and the spectator's as well.
He then stood up, as he put a fist to his heart, still crying as he said in a hoarse voice, "in memory of Max!!"
